(Anna)

I felt strange, like something was off.

But I couldn't quite put my finger on it.

Besides, who cares? I have my brothers back! Teagan, or One, as he's called here, told me that they had all been captured that day I thought they had died. He told me they found a way to escape, but they could never find me. He said that Mr. Anderson, or Harry, as he told me to call him, saved them, opened up their amazing capabilities.

Teagan also told me that he'd never known what they had done to me, that I had been tortured for the past seven years. I remember the sad look in his eyes, but there was something else there too, like he understood.

Every time I started to feel like something was off, Teagan would make me feel better, telling me everything's all right.

One day, I asked him why he trusted Harry, since he was the reason I had been captured in the first place. Teagan told me that it hadn't actually been Harry, but his twin brother posing as Harry. That made perfect sense, considering how nice Harry was to me. He kept telling me how he had big plans for me, how I would be a leader.

Gosh, life was so good.

When I asked about Loki, Teagan told me that Loki had been trying to trick me, get me to fall in love with him, marry him, even, so that he could eventually extract my powers and then use me as bait for the Frost-giants.

What an ass.

But I was safe now, as Teagan kept telling me, and nothing was going to hurt me. I was going to do good things for the world, change it, take out all the bad.

Sitting down at dinner one night with my brothers and Harry, I found out they were apart of an orginization called Hydra. Apparently, Hydra had been around for a long time and was trying to change the world, to get rid of all the people who were plaguing it. One of those groups they were trying to eradicate was SHIELD.

I was behind them 110%.

The first night, they told me they didn't have any spare rooms, so they put me in a cell. Teagan told me that would be the best place to hide me anyway, since people wouldn't think to look for me there. They put in a thick mattress on the cot, and even brought in a table and some books for me to read. They were so good to me here. It was like I had a family all over again. And I kind of did, my brothers being around me and all.

As I walked to my cell, acting as my room, one night with Teagan, I asked him what happened with our parents. He stopped in the hallway, grabbing my hand and told me that they really had been killed that day, tears welling in his eyes. "I'm so sorry I wasn't there to protect you all. I should have been, if I hadn't been such a child."

I patted his cheek fondly, telling him it wasn't his fault. I told him that I had felt like a failure that day. I'd had all these amazing powers, powers that could protect my family, but instead, I had hid under the bed. I still felt the shame to this day.

Teagan had wrapped me in a hug, and once again told me that I was safe, before locking me in safety for the night.

The cells were made of thick glass walls, bullet proof, I was told. No one else was in my area. There just sat an empty cell to the left of mine.

Until, one night, I was suddenly awakened by a loud crash next door. I awoke to find guards throwing a man in the cell next to mine. When they saw they had awakened me they apologized and walked off. It was dark, but I could just make out the man croutched on the floor. His hair was shoulder length, dark brown, maybe black. He was tan, but his skin seemed to be slightly translucent, as if he were sick. He looked up at me with wide, deranged eyes, and I backed away. I continued to study him as he slowly got to his feet. One of his arms was actually metal, like a high-tech prostetic.
