"Remember, 24 hours. If you're not back, I'm sending reinforcements." Harry was standing close to me, his arms crossed over his chest. We were presently at my "lift-off" site.

"I highly doubt that that will be necessary." I took a step back.

He took a step forward and took my wrist roughly in his grip.

"It is imperitive that you succeed." He put his face close to mine.

"I know. But the more you stand here telling me that, the less time I actually have to do it." I ripped my hand out of his grasp and turned away from him. I kept walking. I was ready to get this done and over with.

But at the same time, the sooner I was done, the sooner I was back in Harry's disgusting gaze. I didn't much care for the way he looked at me. I felt that it reminded me of something, someone maybe. I couldn't quite grasp the memory though. I just saw a flash of blood appear across my vision, making me shake my head.

Maybe I would take my time.

I walked for several yards, and stopped, finding a place that felt good. I didn't look back at Harry before I looked up to the sky, yelling for Heimdall in my mind.

And then I was engulfed in a kalidescope of color, heading back to Asgard.

"She comes." I heard Heimdall say in my head.

"Does she-?" I couldn't quite find the words to send to Heimdall.

"Her mind is not her own." Heimdall confirmed my fears.

I sat on my throne, slouched slightly, leaning on one of the arms. I patiently waited for her, not knowing exactly what to expect.

"Her intentions are not good, sire. Should I stop her?" Heimdall asked me.

"No. Let her come. She has attention for no one but I." And I knew that to be the truth. She wouldn't be sent back here to wreck havoc, she was sent her for me.

Probably to kill me.

I was soon staring Heimdall in the face.

"Where is he?" I asked pathetically.

"You will find him on his throne." Heimdall said quietly. His wide, dark eyes made me feel uneasy.

I walked that way, all the way down the Rainbow Bridge and through the first levels of the castle. I was nearly out of breath by the time I stood outside the throne room, and it wasn't from all of the walking. At the back of my mind, I found it odd how well I knew the place. The entire scene made me feel odd.

I had alot of those feelings lately.

I waited patiently as the guards pushed open the gigantic golden doors.

And there he was.

Sitting on his throne like the smug little bastard that he was.

I knew that I could go about this two ways. I could pretend as if I was mad for him, that I was in love with him (blech), or I could just skip the games and get right on to the point.

"You've been waiting for me." I said loudly, so that he would hear me.

I had decided to skip the games.

(Loki)

"You've been waiting for me." She said when she walked in.
