I'm so Ashamed with myself I feel worthless and replaceable. If you could read my mind you'll be in tears. If you promise not to let me drown I know you lied. Even Superman can't save me. I'm sick of trying, sick of lying. I don't want to sleep. I don't want to be awake. I don't want to eat or drink. The pain is not gone but I'm learning to live with it .
