It had been made a promise, two days before you left Texas, that Zach, would keep you financially stable, with a good education, if you came to live his dream with him. You did. You left everything behind.
Your parents weren't overly convinced that leaving school and your part time job was a good idea, but it took a lot of persuasion.
Two years later, and here you were, with your boyfriend, on his second world tour with his hand.
"We've got five minutes till showtime." David announced, walking in and out of the dressing room.
"We're heading out for drinks later." Jonah announced. This was the time to frown. The guys had been heading out for drinks all week. It was now Saturday. Zach and you had hardly spent any time together.
"Count me in bro." Zach grinned, scrolling through his Instagram. The four guys headed out to get set.
"Can I come?" You asked. Zach put his phone down and laughed, but when you stayed serious, he stopped.
"You're not kidding?" He raised an eyebrow.
"I haven't spent time with you in a week, you've been ditching me for drinks." You sighed.
"Y/N, it's bro time." He shook his head in disbelief.
"Babe, you're on tour with them, you see them everyday. Am I not allowed to spend time with you? Is it a crime?" You questioned.
"2 minutes till showtime!" Tyler shouted through the door.
"Stop nagging Y/N, they're practically my brothers. I have to spend time with them!" He started to raise his voice.
Two can play that game.
"And what about me huh? You expect me to just sit in the hotel, watching Netflix on my own all night while you go out and get shit-faced drunk?" You shouted.
"Don't be so dramatic Y/N. You and I both know that isn't true." He stood up.
"Listen to yourself Zach. I don't want you to go tonight." You sighed.
"So now you control my life? Oh my god Y/N, what is going on with you right now?" He asked, an annoyed expression, evident on his face.
"I miss my boyfriend. I gave up everything to make sure he was happy, so that he could live his dream. A little affection wouldn't hurt." You lowered your voice.
"You've gotta be kidding me." He laughed at you pathetically.
"1 minute Zach, hurry up!" Jack shouted through the door.
"You are the most pathetic person I know right now Y/N. I spend all my time with you." Zach headed towards the door.
"No you don't! Please, just stay with me tonight." You cried out.
"You know what? You complain about not seeing me, how about I fly you the fuck outta here so you don't see me at all?" He shouted, before slamming the door. Your breath hitched in your throat. Did he really mean that?
You slumped your body back on the couch, watching the screen that was recording the boys' performance, but it wasn't right.
If he didn't want you there, you would take it upon yourself to be gone by the time he was back.
