"okay Terry I have really tried acting strong but I cant continue seeing him throw his life away especially basketball?"I said as we headed towards the parking lt stopping at the school entrance.

"yeah I know but if you cling no one will move on its either you or him to take the upper hand and act like you have moved on and clearly you are doing the better job with that soon enough he will be fine and back on his feet once again" said my best friend as I looked at her. Does she know how hard it is to even see Callan like that in class?

"hello ladies" said a third voice presented by a large body standing in front of us as we both looked at who we was talking to us.

"damn! Are you Alec lightwood's twin?" asked Terry as I smiled .i could already tell the guy had interested her.

Laughing "I get that a lot but actually no"

"wow! You sure are hot!!" said Terry as the guy whom I was almost sure was new gave a shocked stare at Terry.

"leave my friend alone at times she can be weird" I said "anyway you were saying something"

"oh yeah totally! Am kind of new here and am late for basketball practice would you guys know where the court is?" he asked sweetly something about him was so charming.

"yeah I guessed you were new anyway just go take a left and you will just see it from there very easy." I said smiling and I saw him smile back. Okay Callan has the cutest smile but this guy is proving to be some huge competition.

"thank you so much,,, I gotta run see you around" looking at Terry who was still obsessing over the guy "and probably,,, your friend?" he said before I laughed.

"don't mind her and yeah see you around" before he smiled and went off and I was back at Terry "Terry what's wrong with you?" as we walked on.

"what's wrong with me Is that guy is super cute and hot did you see his abs under the t-shirt" oh boy!!!!

"come on Terry you are exagerrating you know Troy and Callan got abs too"

"but they don't look like Alec Lightwood"

We went on as I heard about Terry's reasoning about the guy whose name we didn't even get before I looked infront to see a frustrated Callan banging his head against the car. "are you even listening Zynn? That guy might be,,,," before I pointed my finger to what I was seeing "Holy shit! This guy is fucked up!" she said as we both watched Callan.The pain I was feeling in my heart right now wouldn't even allow me to listen to Terry as I went forward to help him "ZYNN! ZYNN! DON'T GO TO HIM,,,,,,,,,,YOU ARE NOT HELPING!!!!!!"I heard Terry shout but my legs kept walking until I was near him.

"CALLAN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP!!!!!!!!" I shouted and that's what caught his attention and some guys at the parking lot. He looked so helpless.

"Zynn,,,,," he said faintly.

"what are you even doing?"

"does it matter anymore cause nothing I do matters anymore"

"Callan you need to get hold of yourself,,, whatever you are doing is not going to help the situation"

Laughing "situation? Are you for real? You think this is a situation? This is a disaster probably the worst in my life" he said as he walked towards me.

"stay where you are Cal don't come near me" I said.

"why? Are you afraid that am going to hurt you or something? You know last week a time like this we were together and happy but now,,,"

"but now is not the time to sulk and lose your life away just because you cant have me. Its the time to put it together and help fight against what is holding us from been together Cal" who was now a stone throw away.

"by that you mean me ,,,I am the problem right? So I should just go away"

"you know that's not what I mean Cal ,,,,,,,look just go home take a shower drink some milk get some sleep and try return to sanity. If we were all to act the way you are acting when faced with situations life would be so hard" I said before walking away.

"CANT I EVEN HUG YOU? EVEN IF ITS ONCE!!!!!!" said the voice that I have always known to be strong but now weak and frail. I really wanted to. Believe me it was hard for me too but if we keep doing this we will never move on so I just walked on but still could feel him calling for me from behind.i swear listening to him hurt than anything I knew.

"let's go " I told Terry as we headed to her car. Am not sure how long I can hold In like this. I need a distraction from him or else I'll just end up like him.

"okay apart from Callan's pathectic look am I the only one who noted the two similar cars in the parking lot?" asked Terry and I looked at her like "really that's what captured your eyes after what just happened?" "what!! The cars look totally the same I couldn't ignore that!!"She said before I lay my head on the back rest

"let's just go take Aaliyah and Shawn from school"I said
