I stood alone in my room. I danced away the pain. A month ago I found out my cousin was with my ex. I was hurt. I gave up.
I want someone who will love me for me.. not for what I've done.. not for what I'll become..
I spun around as I listened to the soft music that I had playing.
It's really late and I can't stop crying. I've sat alone in my dark room. This used to be my recording room.. but it's now where I cry and paint... I also dance here but it's pointless.. why am I here. Why. I didn't ask for this.
Can the lonely take the place of you...
I spun around in the dark seeing the moonlight shinning in making me feel at peace.
I'm too scared to leave my room.. I can't take another lie... I'm never alone because loneliness is always with me..
Loneliness will never break my heart. Back into loneliness. I guess loneliness can take my heart again.
I heard a knock on my door as I looked down.
"Kenzie please come out." I heard maddie said as I let a few tears slip down my face. My cousin is nothing but a betrayer.
"I'm fine. Please go away." I said as I heard her sigh. "Okay.. but at least eat something.." she said.
"I'm not hungry." I responded.

I spun around again as I put my leg out jumping lightly as I carefully spun in a circle for awhile.
I hummed lightly to the music as I felt tears falling down my face. Maybe loneliness can take your place.
(FLASHBACK)
I walked into my cousins house. "I love you." I heard as I looked over seeing her with my ex.
"What.The.Hell." I said as she looked over.
"Oh hey, Kenzie this is my Boyfriend!" She said smiling happily. I walked forwards grabbing her by her shirt.
I punched her a few times while he pulled me away from her.
"YOU BASTARD!" I yelled as I felt a few tears dare to fall.
"I'm so sorry.." he said. (I'm not naming names because some of this is true.)
"I think you need to leave!" My cousin said as I gave up and walked out.
"FUCK YOU! AND YOU TOO! Love is a damned lie!" I yelled as I slammed the door walking out sadly.
(FLASHBACK END)
As I thought about it I collapsed. I hit my hand off the ground multiple times as I couldn't even stand. Thinking about it made me sick to my stomach.
As I cried I heard my door open. "MacKenzie." A deep voice said as I looked back.
Jay..?
"I heard what happened.. are you okay?" He asked.
I couldn't speak. I was so afraid if I spoke he disappear. Am I dreaming..
"I-i.." I tried speaking but it came out scratchy.
"It's okay.. you don't have to say anything.." he said softly as I sat on the ground not wanting to look at him.
He broke my heart as much as the next... and he's back.. why do they hurt me..
Why do they keep causing me heartache.. I didn't move. "I'm sorry Kenzie."
"Please.. I can't.. I can't take this anymore.." I said.
"What do you mean.." he asked.
"I don't wanna cry anymore.. I don't wanna hurt anymore.. I'd rather just die than do this anymore.." I said.
"I'm not here to make you cry." He said.
"Then why are you here." I said.
"I'm here to make sure your okay." Jay said as I looked back at him.
"Shut the door." I said. He listened shutting the door. It was now dark in here except for the moonlight shinning through the window.
"I want you to dance with me." I said as he looked at me confused. "Why?" He asked.
"You gonna do it or not." "Okay. Okay" he said as I walked over to my phone.
I put on a different song.
"You've danced this same dance before." I said as he remembered.
When we first got together.. we did this dance.
I spun around as I got close to him. He grabbed my hand spinning me around. I leaned back as he pulled me back up. He lifted me up as he spun.
He then set me down as I spun on one foot my other against my leg. He grabbed my hand then let it go.
I put my hand against his face as he stared at me. I then pulled away from him spinning around him as he tried following.
I jumped putting my leg out as he grabbed my waist lifting me again. He held my waist as I moved around him. He then let go as I spun for a few seconds. As the song ended I looked back at him.
"Hm.. I didn't think you remembered the moves." I said.
"Seems your not sad anymore!" He said happily.
"Hm.. guess you just light up my life!" I said as he blushed.
"Please.. forgive me.." he asked as I walked towards him.
"Fine." I said as he stared at me.
"Leave me again and I swear I'll go full yandere mode on your ass..." I said as he nodded.
"No need." He said as he hugged me tightly.
He made me forget all my problems... like my evil Ex dating my cousin.. and my bitch of a cousin dating him... all I need is jay.. he makes me happy... I'm serious about that yandere thing. Very very serious.
