Mackenzie's Pov
I was 12 years old when my mother passed away. I moved to my fathers house right after. My father was a very strong man and wanted me to be tough! He wanted me to be just like him..
So he made me train.. we would practice all day long starting at 6:00am to 10:00 at night.. first we began with punches then moved to kicks. He helped me get a proper fighting stance so I'd be able to fight.. properly..
I was punching over and over. I began breathing heavily as I stopped and he screamed at me loudly.
"I NEVER SAID TAKE A BREAK!" He screamed as I snapped and turned around kicking his leg as hard as I could.
A few days after that he wasn't even mad... he thought I could improve more... so he made me train until 11:30 starting at 5:45... I loved my father don't take it the wrong way but he forced me to train...
I trained for months until school began. He moved training to fit into my school schedule so it started at 7:00 than stopped while I went to school then began as soon as I got home then ended at 9:30 which is when I ate and went to bed.
TIMESKIP SCHOOL
Nobody Really talked to me and I didn't really speak to them I was emotionless at school.
I walked down the hall just wondering around in free time. We all had to go to the football field to exercise or speak to our friends. I spent it practice my fighting but of course some kids interrupted my training to make fun of me.
I turned my head seeing Jake and Gabbie also Logan.
"Hey!" Logan said gaining my attention.
"Teach me those moves!" Jake begged as I sighed rolling my eyes.
"Fine, but I'll only do this once... no repeats.." I said as I got into my fighting stance. He copied as we stared at each other.
"OKAY I WONT GO EASY ON YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A GIRL!" He yelled running at me throwing a punch I grabbed his arm flipping him over me and slamming him against the ground. He groaned as he looked up at me surprised.
Gabbie looked surprised but she tied up her hair holding her fists up in an awkward position.
"How about you teach me those..." she said trying to sound bad. She's weak I know she is..
I could easily take her down if I really wanted to.
She ran at me as I brought my leg up kicking her leg knocking her down on all fours. I was standing behind her as I kicked flinging her forwards. She laid on the ground breathing heavily as she teared up.
I brushed my hair out of my face as I walked away with an emotionless look on my face.

LATER Mackenzie's 16 now
The world was different.. It was taken over by monsters.. they were alien like creatures that killed people. My father died by these creatures and I've never been able to feel anything anymore... since he was killed..
I made a group of 'friends' there names were Sebastian, Jason, Maddy and Jonas
We were in the army to fight against these creatures. We protected a city surrounded by a fence. That fence then surrounded by a wall.
We were the 10th army! We got uniforms and were forced to stand shoulder to shoulder next to our comrades.
"Name And District!" The commander yelled in Maddy's face.
