(Nobody's Pov!)
MacKenzie was young. She was 7 years old at the time. She had a happy family living in a small mountain village with her mother and father.
They were all happy together for awhile at least. When their village was attacked they began suffering quite a lot.
When things got rough her father vanished. MacKenzie was confused as to why he abandoned them. Soon after he left they had no one to depend on.
MacKenzie took the role. She took care of her mother and stole food for them. She didn't understand why life was doing this. She felt bad about everything. Was she doing the right thing. Stealing for her mother..
She didn't care. The only thing she knew was survival. She'd survive. She'd fight for as long as she could!
In the morning she'd wake up and head for the food. They'd pass bread out every morning to people who were awake. She'd get up and head out. Her mother was very sick at the time.
MacKenzie walked out of the house heading for the soldiers.
She got two pieces of bread for her and her mother. She wanted to survive but she knew.. that she'd have to make sacrifices.
A few months had passed and her mother's condition had worsened. She couldn't do anything about it. She wished and wished but.. wished don't come true. This ain't a fairytale. It's the real world sadly.

MacKenzies mother had passed recently from an unknown illness. MacKenzie was forced to join in the army since she had no one to care for her anymore. Ever since that day.. she's felt alone.
Her father.. was gone.. her mother was dead. Most of her friends parents were dead too. They were all in one squad. This squad was the elite squad.
They were strong.. the strongest of them all. They were sent on most of the missions. The squad consisted of
MacKenzie-weapon: Katana.
Sebastian-Weapon: Sword.
Maddie-Weapon: Sword and crossbow.
Jason-Weapon: Sword.
Jonas-Weapon: Sword.
MacKenzie- Her katana was cursed. One slice would make a person spit up blood and make their heart stop.
Sebastian- His sword could poison a person. The poison would spread through the persons body quickly going towards their organs. It would quickly start shutting them down one by one until they died.
Maddie- Maddie's sword would paralyze a person with one slice. They would recover after 24 hours if they weren't killed immediately. (Of course.)
Jason- Jason's sword could hamlet a person go insane and kill themselves unless.. they are already crazy..
Jonas- His sword could never be lost because he could summon it towards him at any time. It would fly directly into his hand with no problem.

I entered this squad awhile back. I found out a lot in my time here.. I found out who we were against. We were fighting The south Tribe. They were cruel and evil! They would attack a lot.. they took prisoners often.. and used them to fight in their own army.
I didn't care. As long as I could survive. That's what I'm here for. I won't die! I won't! I swear!
I'm no coward. I'll fight any battle! No matter what the enemy may be! I'll take it down swiftly.
