Jan's POV
The ride was peaceful. Fast diving and ear splitting sirens kind of peaceful. I glanced over to AJ. She had a massive bag of blood hooked up to her arm. I shuddered. It was freaking me out. But I kept looking at her. Her perfect hair that I was so jealous of, those peircing blue eyes I loved.
She didnt deserve to die, let alone her best friend die. I sighed, remembering my best friend had a different best friend. I was so alone. I had no one that id known for more than two years. I moved. Different school. Different neighbourhood. I found myself having a lack of trust in anyone because of my history of betrayals from friends. I shook my head at these thoughts, trying to focus on her beautiful face. AJ was so self conscious, I didn't know why. I quickly realized we were at the hospital. 2 of the men carried AJs stretcher and one escorted me to the emergency waiting room. I pulled out my phone and let AJs family know we had arrived and things were looking good. After half an hour I just went down to the gift shop.
