Shut Up

Sasuke sat his bed when we got to his room and has just been sitting there in silence. I'm laying on my stomach on the ground. I like the soft carpet but if anyone were to walk in it would just look weird. My face is slammed into the ground and I'm just laying there, trying to not fall asleep.

I don't feel out of place in Sasukes room, he says we're dating but....well I don't know. It's weird that I'm even here Sasuke has always been the quiet asshole no one likes but at the same time everyone loves and here I am. And I like him, Not that I have a reason to. To be dating well not what I would call it, but honestly I just want to kiss him.

"Sasuke" I mumbled into the carpet not even bothering to look up. "What do couples do?" I don't actually know and I also don't know if this question will cause an argument.

"I don't think one person sits on the bed while the other face plants on the floor" I nodded "but maybe I'm wrong"

He's right he could be wrong. "Do you want me to sit on the bed?" I asked maybe we can actually be next to each other without calling one of us a name.

"Do whatever you want. Idiot"

Well there goes that plan. I got up from the floor and sat on the opposite side of the bed, I looked at Sasuke and waited. This bed is comfortable.

"Do you like the floor because heat rises and it's so warm" Sasuke asked, his voice wasn't rude or cocky it was soft and subtle.

"I don't know maybe" it's probably not I just like to lay on the floor I do at home sometimes.

Sasuke leaned back against the bed backboard, I stayed how I was and watched him close his eyes.

"Want to watch a movie?" I asked I know there has to be at least one good movie to watch.

Sasuke got up from his bed walked over to his TV turned it on and grabbed the remote, he grabbed a soft blanket from his closet and threw it at me. He flipped through movies on the tv and finally settled for, a baseball movie.

Why. Fine I'll just take a nap. Sasuke sat back down in his spot on the bed and looked at me. He motioned me over, where was I supposed to sit?

"Here, sit between my legs" my face burned red but reluctantly I crawled over and sat between his legs leaning my head against his chest. Warmth, he's so warm.

I put the blanket over his and my legs once he saw that I was comfortable he pressed the play button.

"Ever see this movie?" Sasuke asked me,
I shook my head "no"

"It's pretty good, do you like baseball?"

"No I'm not really a sports person"

Sasuke nodded in understanding its good we don't have gym together. That would be embarrassing.

"You should come to one of my baseball games when the season starts"

"Maybe if we're still friends"

Sasuke scoffed "Why wouldn't we be friends? I thought you were the happy one"

I laughed "I am the happy one!" I smiled.

I focused my attention to the TV and watched the movie, it's only just started but I can feel my eye lids wanting to close. My eyes snapped open when I felt Sasukes hands wrap around my waist. I forgot where I was, I smiled softly and once again my eyes closed and I was asleep. I think I'm just always tired.

I woke up at the end of the movie and got up to use the bathroom, the movie still wasn't over and Sasuke was so engrossed in it. I doubt he noticed I left.

After using the bathroom and sat back on the bed next to Sasuke "I'm hungry"

Sasuke nodded his head probably not understanding what I just said, how good could this movie possibly be.

I poked Sasukes face "Sasuke. Let's do something"

He growled and shut off the TV, he glared at me and I laughed.

"What do you want to do?" He snarled he's always in a bad mood.

"It's your house, you think of something"

"You're the guest" I rolled my eyes what kind of logic is that?

"What do you usually do?"

"Stay in my room." Right, he probably has some sort of ritual.

"Well then let's not stay in your room. Your house is huge! Let's find something to do"

I grabbed his arm and pulled him off the bed he followed me and we stood outside his bedroom door.

"Where do you want to go?"

I shrugged "anywhere?"

Sasuke started walking down the stairs and into the kitchen all the workers and Kakashi were in there and they seem pleasantly surprised to see Sasuke.

"Woah, you came out of your room Sasuke" Kakashi said. "Hello Naruto"

"Hi!" Sasuke walked over to the cupboards and took out a small snack sized back of chips, he threw them at me.

"Thanks" Sasuke nodded his head and I opened the chips.

"Where's Neji and Gaara?" Kakashi asked.

"Why would they be here?" Sasuke replied we sat at the kitchen island and I ate my chips.

"You didn't invite them over?" Kakashi seemed surprised that I was here and Neji wasn't.

"No"

Weird I thought they just came over whenever they wanted to.

"Are you working on the project"

"No. What's with the questions?" Sasuke was getting annoyed I mean not that I can blame him these questions were weird and kind of obvious.

"Sorry, sorry carry on I won't keep you any longer" I finished my chips and threw them away.

Together Sasuke and I walked down the stairs and into the basement. Games of all kinds filled the basement.

"I knew you had a game room!" I yelled and ran over to just look at the games.

"Let's play! I'll beat you at anything"

"You think you can beat me?" I nodded my head.

We kept track of all the games and scores we had I've never seen Sasuke so happy and he is also a sore loser not gonna lie. But he's like a kid in so many ways, he's like me. We say the same things we almost play the same way. It's weird I've never met someone so different and yet so much like me. Kiba is a different story, we're practically the same person.

When we played all the games and after Sasuke explained a good amount of the rules to me, though he was very nice and even laughed a little when I still didn't understand.
Sasuke won by two points and I didn't talk to him for the rest of the night.

Every time he tried to talk to me I would just reply with "shut up" and watch him play the play station in his room. I can talk to him, he just can't talk to me. I don't want to hear it.
Finally after him complaining I decided I would reply to him. Only because, he asked what I wanted for dinner.
