"i'll make sure to drop by your apartment, write more letters okay!"

my wave sauntered up as a farewell, the sight of her droopy eyes as she sloppily pushed herself inside the cab isn't what i expect from a sleep deprived girl.

"i will, bye hobi."

she ends that with a yawn as the cab starts to roll its wheels, driving further away from the patisserie until there's nothing else for me to see except the bustling night life.

it's an arduous thing for me to actually put this problem aside, more to the place where i can't point my fingers at.

to whether solve it as a problem wouldn't give me a stilly mind nor does it gives me a restless one, so i decide that perhaps it's not for me to really worry for, i hope.

"i'm going home early, i'll close up the shop tomorrow."

jin hyung looks up at me as all he could do was to reply with a willing nod.

"be safe," he says before i exit the patisserie.

and i continue to strode back home. through the blinding lights of vehicles moving past me, i can't put this perspective that i have — i can't just ignore it while it's not akin to my nature.

it's hard pretending to not care, or perhaps pretending that i don't know.

in an almost distant sight, a box nearly tucked under the bed made it's reappearance again.

"i thought i've placed you under the bed," i softly mutter as i walk over to bring the box with me.

even though i am already aware what is the contents, reading it again might give me some refuge.

it palpitates, gives me life, gives me pain, gives me questions i never wanted to ask, yet i never asked anyone why it hurts so bad, i never wanted this kind of pain, it's aches more than it should be. it's not giving me life like it's suppose to be, it's wrecking me, it consumes me slowly in bitterness.

"wow i wrote that, seven years ago," i mumble after searching for another entry.

in the depths of all confides i found a thing that never crosses my mind, something so familiar yet it feels that i never touched it, a polaroid enough to give me shivers.

how did this happen?
