Veronica guided me through the city, explaining to me what her and Helen were talking about. She said they were called Imperial Sylveon's. From what Veronica said, they were a type of Sylveon's that only grew up in one region of the world before they became extinct. Their extinction came by a war between everyone. This was sounding like World War II, and Veronica even said it was name that as well. After their extinction by multiple bombings, including nuclear bombs, they haven't been heard of for more than seventy years. I was surprised when Veronica mentioned nuclear bombs. Those things were dangerous back in the war. It still scares me how they wiped out an entire species.

Veronica explained to me that they were really kind, but they could be very viscous if provoked. Learning more and more about these "Imperial Sylveon's" was starting to scare me more than anything, but I couldn't help but feel at least a little curious if nothing more.

"So... they're Sylveon's... but they're a different species?" I asked.

"Right!" Veronica said. "Just like how there are different species for some others."

"I... guess this makes sense?" I said still confused. It did kind of make sense. There were Alolan Marowaks, Ninetales, even Exeggutor's. Now Alolan Exeggutor's didn't make any sense.

"Not only that, but they're the only kind of evolution known to Eevee's that have two types!" Veronica said. "Fairy, AND Flying!" I looked at Veronica, then back down at the ribbon.

"But... how are they able to revive this?" I asked. "It's not a fossil." Veronica tried to think, then shook her head.

"I don't know an answer to that, but we're here." We came up to a large building, the doors opening up automatically. Veronica and I walked inside. The place was quiet, but I could see machinery everywhere. Veronica walked up to a desk that was taller than her and hopped up, startling the Cacturne at the desk.

"Sorry." Veronica said. "But we have something very important that needs to be revived now!" The Cacturne regained his composure, then looked at Veronica.

"Alright, what fossil do you have?"

"It's not a fossil." Veronica said. The Cacturne looked at her strangely. I started to walk up, a little shyly, and still with my hood up. The Cacturne looked at me and went wide eyed as I showed him the ribbon in both my hands.

"I can't believe it." He said softly. "How did you find this?" Veronica was about to go and explain until the Cacturne stood up and came out behind the desk. "Never mind that, come on!" Veronica followed behind. I had to run to keep up with them as the Cacturne informed a Blissey. The Blissey had a look of shock, then directed Veronica and I to follow. The four of us now ran to a room that was filled with all sorts of machinery, but there was a large podium in the middle of the room. By now, there was more than just four of us. A Gallade had particularly pushed itself up to me, getting a look at the ribbon in my hands.

"Sir, please, put it on the podium." The Blissey said quickly. I looked at him, then walked up to the podium, looking at the ribbon for a minute in my hands before setting it on the middle of the podium. As I started to back up, the podium began to light up and the podium suddenly became a box. Light was shining brightly from the box, making me shield my eyes. As the light grew louder, I thought I heard that noise again. However, the noise this time was different in pitch. Suddenly, the light flashed multiple times, making me turn away. Everyone had their eyes shielded in one form or another. Eventually, the light went away, and the box started to open back up. There was mist or fog flowing outside the box, I never really knew the difference between the two. The Gallade who had ran up to me before took several steps forward, towards the mist... fog... whatever it was. A silhouette was all I could make out in the cloud. As it started to clear, I got my first look at something black and white. I could see the ribbon that I had placed earlier, but it looked completely fixed, and the red on the end was redder than when Crystal had given it to me. The Gallade fell to his knees, then I started to see tears fall from it.
