Quirk: Alien mind- The users mind is so scattered that it is impervious to all mental and psychic attacks, it makes them very smart but scatterbrained and hard to talk to. They also, when very powerful, can manifest psychic shields.

Y/n POV
You were never a good child. The teachers hated that you were so outspoken in beliefs and so dark in humor, detention was your near permanent home. It didn't change much throughout your school career, but eventually the teachers got used to it and would just let you have your moment of speech before getting back to lecturing about some sort of scientific, linguistic, or mathematical topic. When you applied to the UA hero program, you had a significantly hard time getting recommendations to put on your applications, but your power alone spoke for itself, and you were the fifth one to get into UA on recommendations.
The first day of class led you to a humongous door with the large red lettering spelling out 1-A on its yellow background. You pushed it open and were greeted with chaos and a deafening noise of a berating rant towards your classmates brought your attention to the scene across the classroom. A tall guy with glasses and a robotically stiff body was yelling at a boy whose hair was like an explosion of sand. You sighed and went to your seat which was near the back and next to a boy with the head of a raven or some other dark bird.
"Hey." You turned and smiled at him. He turned back and returned the gesture.
"Hello, my name is Fukimage Tokoyami. What is yours?"
"Y/n L/n, thanks for asking. What's your quirk?"
We continued talking for some time until a caterpillar posing as our teacher stood up and molted into the most depressed butterfly we had ever seen. He had you all do a quirk assessment test, in which you placed eighth. You were happy with your score and as you were arriving back at the classroom, you sat on your desk and resumed your conversation with Tokoyami. The rule abiding boy from earlier came over and started talking about disrespecting our upperclassmen. Tokoyami shrugged it off and began replying to what I had asked before we were interrupted.
"I believe the works of Conrad Aiken are the most deep and influential."
"HOW CAN YOU JUST IGNORE THE BLATANT RUDENESS OF WHAT YOU ARE SAYING TO OUR PREDECESSORS!" He shouted nearly pulled out his hair out of stress and dismay.
"How can YOU ignore the rudeness of interrupting our conversation, I mean, what we are doing isn't so much disrespect if you consider the option they probably did the same thing we are doing right now, and it's people like you that make it hard for us to want to respect whatever ideals of "honoring or predecessors" if we don't share those same ideals." You finished your mini rant and left the uptight man in a fray and responded back to your friend, "While I respect his works, I think Adrienne Rich had more deep and meaningful pieces than Aiken."
Several people were staring at the scene you had inadvertently caused with Iida. Aizawa sensei walked in and sensed the tension in the air and assessed the situation.
"What's going on?" He strode over to the small huddle of people consisting of you, Tokoyami, Denki, Jirou, Iida, Uraraka, and Midoriya. Of course, being the snitch type, Iida was easily the first to speak.
"Y/n is breaking the rules of the school by abusing the use of school property and verbally abusing me by humiliating me in front of classmates." Iida dropped his arms to his side and went back to his usual militant position. You shrugged and didn't say much.
"He was being rude and interrupting us."
Aizawa sighed and ran his index, middle finger, and thumb over the bridge of his nose as he sighed a sigh of disappointment.
"Iida, while rude, pointing out that you are uptight does not qualify as verbal abuse however, it is in violation of school rules to disrespect property so that means I have to issue L/n and Tokoyami detentions." You were shocked, you were the one who argued, now you were both in detention.
"That's an injustice, I was the one who was being rude about it, don't drag Tokoyami into my mess!" You exclaimed jumping up and getting into Aizawa's face. A hand pressed on your shoulder and you turned your head to see the bird headed boy looking at you as if to discourage whatever action you might've taken next. You sighed and stepped back much to the subtle delight of Mr. Aizawa.
"Right then." He turned and walked to the board and wrote some homework that you would end up doing after detention just to spite him.
The last ten minutes of the class passed very quickly and at the sound of the ringing bell, you knew not to even try to get up, Tokoyami also remained sitting and leaned back in his chair. Mr. Aizawa morphed back into his sleeping bag form and looked at you both.
"I'm tired and don't really want to skip my naptime, so I will sleep and if you two aren't here at the end of the hour, it will be detention with Midnight for the rest of this week and all of next week. He laid behind his desk and fell asleep.
You sighed and grabbed your notebook from your bag to begin drawing. Your heart was heavy, Tokoyami was here because you got in a fight with the explosive porcupine. You wanted to apologize but you didn't want to wake up Aizawa Sensei and you didn't have the courage to. Instead, you inadvertently started doing a cool drawing with the words 'I'm sorry' as the focal point. You didn't notice that he had gradually scooted his chair over so that he was now looming over your shoulder. He grabbed one of your pencils and off to the side wrote in a messy scrawl 'I forgive you, it wasn't your fault'. Your eyes connected when he looked up for a second. His chocolate colored eyes drilled into your soul and a splotchy red blush exploded over your cheeks. He gripped the No.2 pencil again and began to write some more. His other hand covered it so that you couldn't see what it was.
'I'm glad we're both here because I really like you. You are brave and stand up for what you believe. You share my interests in a way that makes me feel understood and special, so would you be my girlfriend.'
You gasped as your eyes glossed over the note. His chin lifted so that his face was in perfect alignment with yours. A zap of electricity in your head to your heart; sparked you to action you pulled his face to yours.
"You guys took long enough." A groggy and depressed voice echoed in your eardrum making your face go even redder. Mr. Aizawa had stood up and was in the process of rubbing his eyes while announcing that you both could go. You packed your bag and walked quickly out of the classroom. Tokoyami caught up to you as you were leaving through the gate.
"So..." He stated with every bit of awkwardness dripping from his word.
"Yes, I mean, I'd love to." You replied, reaching for his hand. He noticed your efforts and met you at the halfway point. His fingers interlaced with yours and while nothing was said out loud in that gesture, every emotion was penned out by the passion of the touch of your hand on his and the radiant colors of the sunset.
