You had gone to meet his parents for dinner at a nice classy restaurant. They were very kind but you couldn't help but having an anxiety attack because of the tense questions that they were prodding into your psyche. You sat outside on a rock when a suitcoat draped heavily across your shoulders.

"You should have better, everyone knows it." You didn't even look up from the white striped rock from the gravel bed of the frontal gardens. He looked at you in disbelief for a moment when he grabbed your arm and pulling you up to him. He, from nowhere, kissed you.

He was surprisingly good at planning dates, he was so creative, and today was no exception. He went out and followed this path for miles taping pictures and words to distract that he was taking you to a private beach. The sun was setting and the orangey-reds of the dew-drop sun lit up his face in the most attractive light as you two moseyed down the path and were stopped every quarter of a mile with a beautiful and adorable wording of sweet messages. When you reached the beach, a blanket was set out and you two just sat there and watched the stars for a while, enjoying his company more than anything in the world.

You sat there accepting the verbal backlash of his sister. She was working in the living room on a laptop as you and Iida were watching a movie on Netflix.

"Which family did you say you come from again?"

"I don't come form a line of heroes." You admitted, knowing she would shame you for not coming from as prestigious of a line as the Iida's.

"COME ON! What good qualities do you have?! You don't even have that good of a quirk!" She exclaimed, turning back to her parents who were sitting at the kitchen table just having a glass of wine while deep in conversation.

"Well it is disappointing that you don't come from a hero line, you are a great person." Mrs. Iida tried to compromise her and her daughters beliefs with what Tenya believed, who sat there shocked at what he was hearing. He squeezed your hand and whispered in your ear.

"Don't listen to them, you are perfect and I couldn't imagine a better person as my partner in life and stopping villainy." You giggled and rested your head on his shoulder and leaving Kiku in a state of petty astonishment.

You were there, just arriving at the altar, a beautiful dress adorning you. Your hands delicately floated from your fathers worn and cold ones, to the ones you would now hold for life; except they weren't there. He was wiping his face where tears fell in numbers that would rival Midoriya.

You had jumped in front of him, saving not only his life, but your son's life Ryouchi who had been injured on a family outing spoiled by a villain who had found out your identities. Your child's fingers grasped a bouquet of flowers tightly in one hand, and in the other, his father's hand that now experienced a trauma that turned it into the cold and rough hands of the man who had held you in an all too similar way. Kiku attended the funeral, but wouldn't give condolences, saying instead that a real hero wouldn't leave behind a grieving family and that Tenya should've chosen someone else to love instead.

"I wish I could've saved mommy." A voice broke the silence.

"Me too son, me too."
