I sat in the visitors section as I waited for mama Jen to come out.
I was so happy to see her as the guards carried her to where I was. I stood up but went to sit back down after I realised we couldn't touch. She smiled at me as she took a seat on the other side of the table.
The guards walked away after they uncuffed her.
"You did it mama" I squealed.
"Girl tomorrow, is going to be the best day of my life." she breathed as she looked into space.
"I need a pedicure and my hair done and OH MY GOD I've been craving Cheerios for the past 6 years."
"Well you and skylar will get right along then won't you."
"You always describing my grandbaby as a 21 year old woman, what's up with that?"
I gave her a look.
"She's 6 going on 21 Ill tell you that."
She laughed with me.
"I can't wait to get out, mimi."
"Neither can I I'm so excited."
"But guess what?" I added.
She looked at me with yearning eyes.
"What?" She questioned leaning in.
"I got a surprise that your going to love."
"Well, what is it?"
"I can't tell you, it's a surprise."
She blank faced me then mugged me. As she sat back crossing her arms.
"How you gone just say you got something to tell me but then not say it? If it's a surprise then you shouldn't of said anything."
"Well. Oh well." I shrugged.
"What time do I pick you up?" I questioned getting out my phone.
"Well they're letting me out at 5:30 am." She said nonchalantly.
My eyes widened.
"Why so early?" I groaned.
"Because, that was the exact time I got arrested 6 years ago."
I just shook my head.
"Fine whatever I'll be there." I said.
"Thank you, I appreciate it."
"Anything for you mama Jen."
The buzzers in the prison went off signaling that visiting time was over. We said our goodbyes and she went back to her cell.
I let out a sigh.
"Less than 24hours left." I said to myself as I made my way out and to my car.

I heard snickering in the background.
"CutieWhat?" I heard a man scream out laughing.
"Shut up woody." He mugged. He flipped the camera and I see Elijah Woody and Algee rolling around on my sofa bursting out from laughter.
"Baby." He whined at the little nickname with his cheeks flustered.
"Sorry." I said.
"No you're not." He mugged kissing his teeth.
"Well if it makes you feel better, I have a surprise."
He smirked.
"Is it some pussy?"
"No." My face dropped and so did his.
"Well what is it then."
"Well if I told you would it be a surprise."
"Ahh whatever it's not sex so."
"Keith shutup." I grew a little agitated.
"I'm serious." He said.
"You know what? Bye," I said ending the call on him.
He can be so stupid sometimes ugh.
I decided not to go home just yet.
Because being in a house full of immature men was not what I was feeling right now.
I got my phone out my purse and dailed my Latina friend Juanita.
"Ola mamiiii." She chirped down the phone over all the racket.
"Nita where are you?!" I yelled on the phone, she sounded like she was at a party
"I'm at the clubbbbb hunnyyyy."
"It's 3pm, it's not even dark."
"So,why yu calling my phone?"
"Which club are you at!"

"I'm on my way." I crunk up the car and chuckled shaking my head. This girl crazy ass hell. Imma let my hair down with her for a couple of hours to get my mind of off the stress with Keith's mom.

I pulled up outside the club and walked in.
Other niggas by Chris brown started blasting through the speakers as the crowd jumped.
I saw Juanita run up to me and squeeze the life out of me.
"Misha hey gurlll!"
"Sup Nita." I smiled.
"Quick come I can't leave my kid unattended." As she grabbed my hand and pulled my through the crowd

"Nita you brought your kid to the club?" I laughed, she crazy as hell.
"Yeah, he's kool." She said
As we looked over at 6 year old Tyrone
Sitting on a bar stool on his tablet.
"If you say so." I replied.
Me and Juanita heard hype coming from the dance floor.
She smirked at me and pulled me into the croud of people to see what all the noise was about.
We got to the middle where some girl was grinding on a guy.
He lifted his head up a bit.
"Keith?" I said to myself.
Fuck he doing letting some random ass grind on him.
I pushed my way through the people to where he was.
"Where yu going." Juanita asked.
"To fuck him up." I said.
"Wait that's your man?" She asked. I nodded my head as my body filled with anger. But she grabbed my arm and pulled me back.
"Sis I know your mad but there's better ways to do this, I say you should interrogate his ass, and when he start lying whip out these photos, he finna feel dumb." She said as she took photos of Keith and the girl from my phone.
"Let's go." I said as we headed to the exit.
