Chaeyoung's POV

"Hi how can I- well hi there."  He stopped mid sentence when he saw my appearance.  Did I look that bad?  Granted, I was in my favorite baby pink silk pajamas paired with my baby pink bunny slippers.  And my hair wasn't exactly in its best shape either.

The guy wasn't presentable himself.  His hair was tousled like he had been repeatedly pulling his hand through it, and he was wearing huge golden spectacles.  He was also wearing pajamas that looked suspiciously like daffy duck (not that I was judging).

I brought my hand up in reply, "Um, I just wanted to ask if you're okay."

The guy looked at me quizzically, tilting his head to the side in confusion.  "Hmm?  Well, I'd like to think I am?  Why?"

"It's just that I've been hearing weird crashes from my room...." I muttered under my breathe, looking down at my feet.  I knew it was rude to not make eye contact, but I was socializing and to a guy for goodness sake.

I hear the guy chuckle, and I glanced up in curiosity, but I immediately looked back at my feet when I made direct eye contact with him.  Why is he looking at me?  Obviously because he's being polite unlike you.  Wow, don't you just love it when your mind talks back to you?

"That might have been me falling down my bed repeatedly...."

I crunched my eyebrows in concern and I looked up.  "Are you sure you're okay?  Those were really loud crashes... I would hate for you to have a concussion."

I was surprised when I saw the guy looking at anywhere but me.  There was also a noticeable red tint around his ears.  My eyebrows continued to furrow in worry.  Was he really okay?  Aren't red ears a bad sign?  He coughed to catch my attention, but he was staring at the wall behind me, "I'm okay, really.  I guess I need to change the height of my matress."

"But why are your ears red?  Are you sure you don't need an ice pack?"  I pressed on, and I gasped in shock when I saw his cheeks turn red, "your cheeks too!  Are you really fine?"

At this point, the guy was as red as a tomato, and I was starting to panic.

"S-seriously, I'm fine.  I'm just.... embarrassed that's all."  He said, glancing to his side to stare at the wall.  "Anyway, shouldn't you go now?  It's late.  I'm sorry if I disturbed you."

I shook my head, "No, I should be the one apologizing.  Take care of yourself, okay?"  I bowed my head, and turned to go.
