Chaeyoung's POV

"So... I think I might like Jungkook. Maybe." I confessed to the group. I was currently in Jisoo and Jennie's room.  Lisa and I had left our room, so our time in here was bound to be limited.  Currently the four of us sat criss crossed in a circle.

Jungkook and I had walked back to the hotel with no incident, but we barely made the 9 o'clock curfew.

"About time."

"I told you!  See, you should always trust my instincts."

"I don't know about what Lisa just said... But yes, about time.  It was painfully obvious." Jisoo added.

"Was it that obvious?" I sheepishly asked, "I mean, I like to think my only symptoms of a crush was my uncontrollable blushing.  But there's also the fact that I almost had a heart attack earlier."

Jisoo scoffed in reply, "It wasn't obvious, obvious.  Not like Lisa and Taehyung anyway."

Jennie bursted out in laughter, "Now those two were painful to watch.  Gosh, they were so obvious that it hurt."

"Spill."

"Okay, in my defense I thought he liked me as a friend.  Remember that letter he left in my locker?  I really thought it was a love letter, but it was a friendship letter." Lisa groaned, "Gosh, I was showing all the signs, but that dimwit was- is so dense."

Jisoo and Jennie exchanged a knowing look.

I gave them a look, and Jisoo shook her head, "Actually, that was a love letter.  Not a friendship letter." Jisoo admitted.

"Wait, didn't we promise him we won't tell Lisa?" Jennie whispered loudly towards Jisoo.

"Well considering how we're helping him this time around.... Let's consider this as his thank you gift for Lisa." Jisoo replied.

Lisa looked between the pair.  "What?"

Jennie sighed, "The truth is that Jungkook- er, how should I say this?  Intervened with the confession I guess?"

"To be blunt, he whitewashed the part that said 'I like you as a girl.'  He whitewashed the 'a girl' to 'a friend.'"  Jisoo cut in.

"But why would he do that?" Lisa asked.

I nodded, "I'm wondering the same.  It seems like a jerky move."

Jennie and Jisoo look towards each other again.  Jennie shook her head, and Jisoo sighed, "I think that's enough.  If Jungkook wants to say something about it, then he will.  It's not our place to say it."  Jisoo said.

"Aww, now I'm really curious, but I guess it's not my business..." Lisa pouted.

"Whenever you learn the truth, just know that this was a year ago.  You and Taehyung have been dating for almost a year, so I hope you understand his view once the cat is out of the bag." Jennie added.

I nodded. I really wanted to know, but it was Jungkook's privacy. If he really wanted me to know, then he would tell us. If he didn't, then I was fine with that too.  It still didn't stop me from being curious though.

"Anyways, what's up with you and Jungkook's older brother, Jennie?" Lisa asked.

Jennie shrugged, "I guess were acquaintances now? I mean, it hasn't even been a day since I met him, so don't think about it-" She raised an eyebrow at all three of us, "I don't know him personally yet."

"If Seokjin knows him, then I guarantee you he's a good guy." Jisoo paused, "Although I can't guarantee that he won't come with dad jokes."

We all laughed at that.

A knock resonated from the door, and Jisoo got up to answer it. The teacher stood there.

"Alright, go back to your rooms now girls," she said sternly towards Lisa and I.

"Alright."

"Okayyy."

Lisa and I got up. "Good night!" Lisa and I said.

Jisoo gave us a peace sign while Jennie gave us a small smile. "Good night!" The two replied in unison.
