Third-period art has never been so chaotic and full of energy than today. Don't get me wrong it's funny seeing the popular kids jumping on desks and tables, but they're getting close to me and I don't want to get hurt. One guy has already knocked me in the head with a cup.

"So, Y/N," Katelyn turns to me. I was surprised Katelyn was in this class and felt extremely stupid because I've never noticed her.

"Have you heard about the party this weekend?" She has a suspicious smile plastered on her face.

"Party?" I scoff. "Nope. I'm not popular so I don't do that kind of shit." I lightly smile, going back to my drawing.

"Well, it's my party and I'm inviting you." I snap my head back at her and she smiles.

"What?"

"You can't be that shocked Y/N. You're my friend, of course, I'm going to invite you to my party." She explains. I raise my brows, thinking of something to say.

"I-I've never been to a party before or had friends to invite in general. So yeah I'm a bit shocked."

"Well, it's a good thing you're my friend and going to my party." She packs her stuff.

"I never said-" The bell interrupts me and she smirks at me, making me shake my head. That sneaky bitch... I put my stuff away in my bag and walk out, looking around for Aaron. I haven't seen him since yesterday, and it's kind of creepy, almost like he's a ghost.

"Hey Y/N!" Aph runs up to me. I turn my attention to her and smile.

"Hey Aph, how was your weekend?" I ask.

"Amazing! My mom and I went to a bowling place and it was surprisingly fun."

"That's cool."

"What about you?"

"Um..." I look for an answer, a lie, an excuse, anything to get out of this conversation. "I was bored all weekend."

"Aw, I'm sorry." She says with a giggle. It is funny, funny that I'm bored all the fucking time. "Also, I need your phone number gurl, I wanna talk to you outside of school too!"

"Well, I regret to inform you but, I don't have a phone so..."

"What?!" Her face says shocked, but her voice said offended. I smile and shake my head.

"Sorry. But the day I can afford one myself I'll get one. Only because if my parents buy it for me, they'll take it away with their only excuse being, 'we bought it for you.'" I say.

"Damn." She mutters. "You know what that's smart, my mom takes my phone away a lot."

"There you go." I shut my locker.

"Well, I guess we'll just have to see each other here then, hm?" She looks at me, I nod and wave bye to her as she continues walking down the hall. I watch her turn the corner, then rush off to meet Sasha and the SKs.

After this weekend, I need a break from all the smiling and 'happiness' I'm emitting. It takes me a couple minutes to find them, and they've grown in size. There's Sasha, Gene, Zenix, Kiran Daniels, Jex Miller, Rosita Harrison, and Camille Richards. I tilt my head to the side in surprise, I didn't know Gene even wanted new members.

"Y/N! What's up, babe?" Sasha notices me. Then she gets all excited. "Have you come to skip with us finally?"

"Unfortunately I have not." A wave of disappointment covers her expression. "Where did you guys come from?" I nod to the others.

"Well since you were gone we needed fun people. So we found some initiates who are willing to join." Gene explains. "Don't worry, we could never replace you." He lights a cigarette. "Want one?" I sigh. Maybe if I smoke, I'll die faster.
