Chapter 20

"Um... Delilah what are doing here." Drew said scratching the back of his head.

"I came to tell you...... wait never mind... I'm just gonna leave." I started walking out the door.

"I'll call you later." Drew said looking down.

I closed the door and started walking home.

Why is she at his house. He just told me he likes me I'm so confused.

I opened my front door and Jay says,

"Finally we have to go pick up Savanna and Jade from the airport." He said grabbing his keys.

"Why are they here." I said getting in the car.

"Since their parents died they have been living with Grandma in Florida but, they aren't liking their new school so, Mom and Dad were like come live with us." Jay said pulling out of the driveway.

"They might as well since we have extra rooms."

"Yeah that's what mom said."

After and hour of driving we finally arrive.

"Omg there they are." I said running towards them.

I ran and hugged Savanna and Jade so hard.

I haven't seen them since last summer. Savanna and Jade always come down during the summer to come to visit every year.

"I missed you too." Savanna said walking over to give Jay a hug.

"So how are you guys." Jay said helping them with their bags.

"We're doing better." Savanna said half smiling.

We head to the car and Jay says,

"Jade why do you have so many bags."

"How else am I going to bring all my containers of cheese balls." Jade said carrying that bag.

Jay and Jade are very alike. They look more like siblings than Jay and I look.

We reach home and we help carry their bags to their rooms.

Savanna is staying in the room next to me.

The side of the wall that goes next to Savanna's room moves. I can move push a button and it turns into a huge room so now we can open that when we want and close it if we want privacy.

I put Savanna's stuff in her room and show her how the walls move and what button to push.

"I always wanted a sister." I said hugging Savanna.

"Well now you got two." She said hugging me back.

"I'll help you unpack." I grabbed one of her bags.
 
"So how are you and Drew." 

"We made up this morning then he asked me to be his girlfriend. I had to ask Jenna what she thought. And she said go for it so, I did. I walk in his house and there's Brittany siting on his couch." I said putting clothes in her closet.

"Did he kick her out." She said stopping what she was doing.

"Nope I left and he said he would call me but he didn't yet." I said sitting on her bed.

"I'm sorry Lilah." She said hugging me.

"Don't be." I said hugging her back.

"Girls get down here." Jay yelled from downstairs.

We come down stairs and there's Jay standing there with a long list.

"Ok since I'm the one in charge I have some rules." Jay said looking at us.

"Ok number one don't touch the cheese puffs their mine."

"Can I add something." Jade said.

"Yes what." Jay said.

"If nobody can touch you're cheese puffs nobody can touch my cheese balls or there's going to be a problem." Jade said looking at us.

"Ok can I continue." Jay said.

We all nodded.

"No boys here unless I'm home. And also the doors have to be open."

"Ok dad." Savanna said.

Jay rolled his eyes.

"You all also have a curfew. Midnight. Also you need to tell me when you leave and where you're going." Jay said.

"Wow look at you being all responsible for once." I said laughing.

"Well instead of just taking care of you I have to take care of two more so I kinda got too." Jay  said.

"Now group hug." Jay said opening his arms.

We hugged for a minute and then Jay let go and said,

"Now I'm gonna play fortnite."  He then walks to the living room.

"Jay can I join." Jade said.

"Ya of course." He patted the seat next to him on the couch.

Jade went and grabbed a remote. She sat back down and Jay wrapped and arm around her.

He's such a good big brother.

"Let head up stairs." I said to Savanna.
We walk up stairs into our rooms. We have the wall open.

Buzzz....buzzz

"Omg it's Drew. What do I do?" I said panicking.

"Answer it duh."

I answered.

Lilah: Hey.

Drew: Hey, so about earlier.

Lilah: Let's not talk about it.

Drew: Well we kinda do.

Lilah: Why?

Drew: Brittany and I are....................
