Walking into the kitchen, Kevin caught Marcia singing and dancing as she prepared breakfast and lunch for the game. He laughed slightly and leaned against the counter watching her.
Come harder this won't be easy, don't doubt yourself trust me you need me. This ain't a shoulder with a chip or a ego, but what you think they all mad at me for
"You need a real woman in your life-That's a good look! Taking care, home is still fly-That's a good look! And I'mma help you build up your account-That's a good look! Better yet a hood look, believe me. Ladies that's a good look!" Marcia sang as she rolled her body to the beat, cutting up the rest of the strawberries.
"Oh so you tryna upgrade somebody?" Kevin smiled and she jumped at the sound of his voice holding her chest.
"Jesus Kevin! You almost gave me a heart attack!" She yelled and he laughed harder.
"Don't mind me. I was enjoying the show."
Marcia just cut her eyes at him and turned back around to finish breakfast. "Good cause it wasn't free."
That made him snicker. "Oh I know I pay you very well. Anyways how was your day off yesterday?"
She smiled and turned to him. "Hmm. Why you missed me?"
"I always miss you."
He smiled back and she blushed turning back around. "Anyways... I'm making my famous nachos for game day."
"Mhm." He hummed rubbing his stomach. "Sounds like todays my lucky day, beside my daughters high school crush and one of my least favorite students coming over."
Marcia laughed. "Oh shut up, it's cute. She doesn't even notice and her own fathers knows she likes him. Hilarious."
"Well I may know my daughter and her irrational feelings, but it doesn't mean I approve."
