"So wait a damn minute. Your main purpose was to come to Charlotte to help Melo settle in but somehow you ended up getting a girl pregnant." Gelo said, looking around like he was trying to find the correlation. "Yeah no it's not adding up."

Lonzo had just got done explaining to his brothers the news and what happened with Maya.

"Shit happens." He shrugged, crossing his arms above his chest. "We found out she was a month this morning."

"At least you can say you ain't got no ugly baby mommas." Melo mumbled, stifling a laugh as he turned to look at his brother.

Gelo laughed out loud. "AYO! 2 is clearly his lucky number. I mean this man wears the number 2, he's been on 2 NBA teams, now he got 2 baby mommas, and 2 kids."

Melo busted out laughing and Zo shook his head, wondering why he even expected a more civil conversation from either of his brothers.

"I mean like damn what's worse? Your shooting form or your pullout game?" Gelo asked, smirking at his brother.

Zo side eyed him. "I know you ain't talking sticky fingers."

Gelo smacked his lips and Zo laughed turning to hit Melos arm.

"Aye remember when somebody said he's the grinch who stole from China?"

Melo screamed and held his stomach as he slumped back on the couch.

"You always gotta use that tired ass joke." Gelo chuckles, shaking his head. "Don't try to deflect Mr. 2 of everything."

"Y'all need to chill man," Melo said, finally catching his breathe. "If y'all keep this up I'ma pass out I swear."

"Nah but real shit Zo you a ass real nigga for stepping up the way that you did. You really been holding it down." Gelo smiled, holding his hand out for Zo to shake.

Melo cuffed his mouth. "Facts."

Zo returned the smile and shook up with him, snapping at the end. "Thanks man. It's been a crazy ass year man but I'ma do my part always."

"Man I can't believe she told yo ass she was scared to be with you cause of who you are." Melo sighed, shaking his head. "You handled that really well."

"I mean I ain't really have a choice bro. Like don't get me wrong I was a little irritated cause she was just talking about everything she wanted and not what would be best for the both of us. But she's really emotional right now due to her hormones and shit so I let it be. I'm so chill about all of this because I know it's not gone last. She's gone keep feeling this way until she get to craving more than just food." He chuckled, biting his bottom lip. "If I can give y'all any advice, it's that you gotta take everything a pregnant woman says with a grain of salt. Because 9 times outta 10 it ain't how they really feel."

"So what you saying is she gone be horny as hell and everything she said about not wanting to be with you gone go out the window?" Melo questioned and Gelo snorted.

"Now you got this man curious."

"Hey I'm asking a genuine question." Melo smirked, pointing at Gelo. "I heard pregnant women are freaks."
