Cortrell rapped along to the music playing on his phone on Snapchat as he made his way downstairs.
He added a caption and posted it before heading towards the kitchen. He looked up from his phone and froze seeing his dad and Marcia making out against the kitchen counter. He just blinked and hurried up and hid behind the wall. He was shook. Kaynani and him always joked about them dating but he didn't expect to ever walk in on something like that.
"Shhh quiet down Cortrells upstairs." He heard his pops whisper before touching his chest with wide eyes. He immediately went to his contacts and type in 'K' before pressing the FaceTime button. It rang five times before she answered and he noticed she was breathing heavily and leaning over something. He turned the volume down and reached into his pockets putting in his AirPods.
"Heey Trelly what's wrong? You good?" Kay asked and he sent her a text message, instead of talking. She squinted her eyes reading it, before gasping and clicking back on the camera.
"YOU LYING!"
He shook his head no before turning his head around the corner slightly, seeing they were still kissing. He hurried up and lifted the phone so Kay could see and he thanked god he put in his headphones cause she started screaming.
"NOOOO WAY! I KNEW IT BUT- I DIDN'T THINK HE HAD THE GUTS!"
He saw Oshawn pop his head in the camera being mosey.
"What y'all secretly communicating about?"
Kay pushed his head back out the camera view and told him about her dad and Marcia kissing. He just busted out laughing.
"Hell naw! Kevin getting his Mack on."

Cortrell just rolled his eyes and jogged away from the wall, going back upstairs. When he was a good distance away he took out his AirPods and went back to his room, shutting the door.
"I don't know what y'all was doing before I called but y'all nasty as fuck. Y'all don't think I know Oshawn was in this house around 5 am yesterday but it's cool. I'm from Chicago, I'm black. I hear all types of shit, even a small penny drop. I heard that nigga fall up the stairs and the only reason I knew he was here cause I heard his musty ass voice."
Kaynani's eyes widened and she shook her head no. "Nah Oshawn wasn't there yesterday morning."
"It's cool Kay you don't gotta lie to me!" Cortrell laughed. "I knew he was here but I don't care and I damn sure don't wanna know about it next time."
