Sometimes you just need to close your eyes
And imagine, what can you see?
Suddenly the world, alight with light
Of every plant and tree

Sometimes you just need to slow down
And now, what can you feel?
Suddenly the world is focused
And everything becomes clear

Sometimes you need to calm yourself
And so, what can you hear
Suddenly every crackle
Every step is heard

Sometimes you need to breath
And here, what do you taste
Suddenly filling your mouth
The taste of the salty sea

Sometimes you need to open up
And what can you do?
Suddenly strength pouring in
Making your heart pure
