High above the eldest hills
A battle left forgotten rages.
Between ancient ones
And fallen gods
-
A swirling storm
Cast against the landscape
Encompassing everything
In the lightning struck land
-
And the power these creatures brought
Echoing across the plains
Over seas, over air
Flooding through the world.
-
And the soldiers of both sides
Rush to the aid of the Combatants
The temple of the Rising sun
The church of the Endless night.
-
And soon, magic reigns through the land
And the echos's strength is unmatched
The Ancient ones, The fallen gods
Fighting for their lives
-
Until another force joins the fight
The guardians of the land
The servants of the Goddess
North, East, South and West
-
And suddenly the battle is broken
An ice wall, A river of fire
The singing winds
And the power of the land
-
And the Ancient Ones flee
Back to the ground
But the fallen gods remain
They hold their ground.
-
And then the true power of the goddess
Come into play
As the Temple flees
And the Church runs away
-
The hawk, The panther
The Shapeshifters
Flying high and attacking them
The fallen gods try to run
-
But North, East
West and South
Will not abide
By a break in the contract
-
And in chains the gods go
To meet the displeasure of
The Goddess,
Who is everything.
-
And North, East, West, South
They go their separate ways
To bring peace
To this land.
