I walked through the forest. Hook agreed to the plan, now here's to hoping it works. It wouldn't technically be a lie that I was lost. I kind of was. I'd never really been on this part of the island. It makes you wonder how big the island really was.

I kept walking, trudging along. The overgrowth slapped at my arms as I continued. The jungle felt hot and I was definitely sweating. I guess I didn't really think through the whole getting to camp part. Too late now. I could only hope he was looking for me.

A twig broke to my right. My head snapped in that direction. I reached for the dagger I'd taken from Hook, "huh. You're older than the other one." The accent sounded similar to Peter and Hook's but also just barely and distinctly different--and female.

"Who's there?" I asked. I started getting nervous.

"Relax," the woman stepped out from the brush, "I'm not going to hurt you--Only Hook's stupid enough to go against Pan." She was blonde and looked pretty rugged. There were bags under her eyes and her hair was thrown up into a messy bun.

"My name's Elyssa," I said, "could you help me?"

"And be caught with you when he shows up to take you back? Fat chance," she knelt by a bush and started checking the berries, "trust me, kid, it's better for everyone if you just keep walking."

"I'm not actually a kid, you know?" I put the dagger in its holster, "and if you're taking me back then it's not an issue."

She gave me a look like I was stupid, "how naive are you? Pan doesn't care what the reason is, if he thinks I'm wrong then he's going to punish me for it."

       "You don't know that."

"No, you don't know. What side of himself did he show you? Who was he when you met?" she stood, placing the berries she picked into a cloth and then into her bag, "because obviously, you haven't met Pan."

"Don't you think it's worth finding out?" I proposed. She considered it for a moment before huffing.

"Fine. But only this once. Judging by your necklace we're headed towards the waterfall?"

"No idea." At the admittance of my lack of island knowledge, she pinched the bridge of her nose.

Tinkerbell started walking, "it's a start. Come on."

It was silent as we walked through the forest. If it were possible, the trees and greenery seemed even more unruly. It was crazy to think but it was almost like they were growing towards us. I'm sure it was just the vastness of the forest getting to me. There was no way it was actually growing in our direction.

I made small attempts at conversation but Tinkerbell didn't seem too keen on getting to know each other. Eventually, I just let it go. It's not like I was going to be here much longer anyway. I should probably be thinking about how I was going to explain my situation. I could just tell the truth, I guess, but Peter might not take kindly to the knowledge that I was kidnapped.

Maybe I tell him some of the truth? I'll tell him I got lost and ran into the Pirates. That does not sound likely at all. What else could I do, then? Tell him I teleported to a place I'd never been? I really put zero planning into this. I guess I could just talk him off the ledge--tell him why they grabbed me. It was the Queen's fault. Captain Hook and his crew exist on both Neverland and in The Enchanted Forest. They thought that maybe it wasn't that big of an issue. That sounds like crap, but it's all I've got.

"Of all people I thought I'd find together, a fairy and a sorceress is not the combination I thought I'd find on Neverland," Peter was standing to our left. His eyes flickered to my hip where I'd strapped my dagger--uh, Hook's dagger, I guess. "What are you doing all the way out here, Love?"
