Gauri was in the kitchen making some food for her , there were many maids in the mansion and they even offered her help but Gauri was Gauri . She declined everyone's offer .
It was noon and she didn't have any works to do so she was filling her stomach .
The main door opened and someone came in. She was totally unaware of this as she was totally indulged in her food .
Omkara came into the mansion and was informed by one of the maid that Gauri is in the kitchen. He nodded and walks towards the kitchen when he saw Gauri eating caramel pancake like nobody business . He was surprised , he walk opposite and said while keeping his hands on the dining table "you can even eat like pig. Amazing" But looking at your size , no one can ever guess that you can actually eat like this .
Gauri looked up and saw Omkara she glared at him and said "Excuse me ,im not pig" after saying this she continued eating .
He smirked and said "seriously you're a pig, look how concentrated you're on your food"
"Mr Oberoi if I'm a pig then don't forget that your the pig's husband"Gauri shrugged and then she continue "Thank you for helping me today"
Omkara sat beside her and said "Just thank you?, where is my reward? I want my reward!"
She stopped eating and asked him in confusion "What kind of reward ? You're the one who helped me, I didn't asked for it"
He faked a smile and said "Just like this morning , you came into my arms ; I didn't ask for it as well"
Gauri froze and regretted the movement of her body "that's not at all related !!! You're just forcing me ! Fine!! What reward do you want?"
Omkara leaned forward and said "go with me to a masquerade ball"
She stared at him for a long time and said "Why do I have to go a business party?"
He smirked and a gave soft peck on her lips "Is it caremel? You tastes good ; don't worry I'll take you somewhere special to get ready . Be prepared as the business world is not easy so be ready"
He winked and went to upstairs like nothing ever happened.
Gauri just stared at her retreating back until he was gone . She sighed and look down at her plate "did I just lost my heart? No! I'm just overthinking it ...yes! That's must be the case."Thinking this she just resume eating.
It was 5pm and Gauri was looking at her appointment for tomorrow. She sighed and said "oh shankerji, tomorrow I'm going to be very busy" she suddenly heard some footsteps which were coming from downstairs.
Gauri turned around and saw Omkara . He was dressed in whole black suit . He stared at her for a long before time saying "you didn't take my words, seriously didn't you?" He shrugged and said "fine" he took out his phone and walks towards the corner of the hall .
