It was night and Gauri was asleep , but suddenly she started having nightmare . She saw a truck coming towards her and she tried her best to scream but there is no avail .

"Gauri ! Gauri!"

She woke up in a shock and felt someone's hand on her shoulder , she frantically looked beside her only to see Omkara . She sighed in relief .

Omkara saw that Gauri was covered in sweat , he immediately hugged her and started to calm her by patting her back and said "shhh...it's okay...I'm here"

A few minutes of patting and few kisses , Gauri started calmed down , she didn't know why she still had the clip of the accident on her head and she how horribly terrified she was with it . Looking at Omkara beside her , she  sighed in relief again . Omkara soothing voice was reaching her and she could literally feel that he is getting worried about  her.

She pulled herself away and  said "won't you ask?"

Omkara smiled and said "if it makes you sad and terrified then I won't . I don't want to see you like this, ever"

Gauri smiled and said "thank you for being with me om"

Omkara smiled genuinely and said "okay get back to sleep now , so I can be at ease" Gauri nodded and closed her eyes and soon fall asleep .

He looked at her peaceful sleeping posture , couldn't help but smile . He walked towards the window and stared at the twinkling light of the city . He started to remember the time which he spent with Ajay "Its was really phucking annoying and irritating! That guy clearly know how to get on my nerves!"

Flashback

After Omkara offered him wine , he refused it with shivering voice . He waves his hand and said "no ..no there's is no need for it all"

Omkara shrugged and said "okay then , what are we at?"

Ajay gulped and said "we were just taking about Gauri , how is she now?"

Omkara smirked and said "she is just out of coma , what do you expect?"

Ajay smile nervously and said "okay, then I should leave now" he stood up and dashed out of the restaurant.

Omkara smirked and sat there with coldness in his eyes .

End of flashback .

Omkara sat there with stern face , he opened his laptop and started his work . He wasn't able to sleep .

Next day , Omkara was siting with Gauri . They were enjoying their time together while having some fruits. Suddenly Gauri asked "so do you enjoy your time with Ajay?"

Omkara stared at her and asked "how did you know that?"

She smiled and said "Rudra told me. He forget his wallet here yesterday and I noticed that he was in a rush so I asked him and he told me about it . So how was your meeting with him? What he wants now?"

Omkara shook his head while massaging his forehead, he said " that guy sure know how to get on my nerves ! Do you know what he say ? He was so much confidence that you won't marry someone else than him ! He really thinks himself very high , doesn't he ? And the most disgusting part was , he want me to return you back to him! He is really out of his mind ! He is sure irritating!"

Gauri looked at the furious man in front  of her , couldn't help but laugh . It's was kinda cute for her , looking at him like that .  It's not everyday she can see his jealousy and possessiveness.

Omkara looked at her with warmth in his eyes , his slight smile was making him looking more attractive and sexy at the same time which was not hard to notice .

Gauri looked at him as and stopped laughing and asked "what ? Why you're looking at me like that?"

He just walk toward her and caresses her cheeks and said "do you know how much I have longed to see this beautiful smile of yours?"

Gauri smirked and said "Owh, someone being so romantic today"

They smiled at each other and started staring . Without knowing they started creasing their distance till their face were only inches apart . Their hot breath were colliding and as they were about to feel each other lips , the ward door was burst open and the person who did it was Rudra .

Omkara quickly pushed himself away and started crouching and clearing his throat "cough..cough ..don't you think isn't it abit hot here?"

Rudra immediately Understood that he was dead meat . He closed his eyes and said "I'm sorry , I'll come back later" and when started walk towards the door .

Irritated Omkara asked with his rough voice "what is it? Speak"

Rudra halter himself on the spot . He started sweating with trembling voice he said "Malik. there's urgent call for you."

Omkara looked at the phone in rudra's and understood who that person might be . He nodded and said "okay" he gave a small peck on Gauri's forehead and left .

Gauri looked at his retreating figure . After the door close her face turned red and she couldn't do anything about her heart which about to burst out . "You just want my heart out of my body right , Om?" She shook her head and closed her eyes and fell into deep slumber .

Meanwhile ,

Omkara closed the door behind him and asked "what is it?"

"Malik, it's seems he's challenging you . He has been active since last 9 years , don't you think it's time for us to do something about it?"

After realised what Rudra said , he realised that he is in a mess "what did he say?"

"He said he wanted to see madam no matter what . He is very eager to welcome her and he won't back out without doing it"

Omkara furrowed his eyebrows and said "just because his wife is a stupid woman who loves me instead of him, so he is aiming for my wife ? What a cheap way to solve grudges?"

Rudra heard this but he didn't say anything .
"So , what we are going to do , Malik?"

Omkara thought for awhile and said "tell him to wait for one more month . After Gauri gets better , we will settle everything"

Rudra nodded and he was about to leave then phone rang , he looked at Omkara and said "Malik , this is ..."

Omkara looked at his phone which reads "Samarjeet Singh Oberoi" he sighed and snatched the phone from Rudra's hand and answered it "What do you want!"
