Chapter Seven

Shayne's P.O.V

Me and Aria rushed back inside, searching for Courtney.

When we got to the squad room, we heard yelling.

"LET ME GO!"

"Calm down, Courtney!"

"LET ME AT HER! SHE DESERVES TO DIE!"

"Courtney, stop!"

We opened the door.

Courtney was held down to the wall by Wes and Flitz.

Olivia was lying on the couch, injured.
What did Courtney do?

Aria instantly went to Olivia's aid, and I went to help Wes and Flitz.

Both Smosh Games and the squad were here, either freaking out or calling people.

"GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME! LET ME GO!"

"Courtney, do you see what you did to Olivia?!" I asked, helping Wes and Flitz.

"WHO'S OLIVIA?! GET OFF ME!"

Suddenly, Lasercorn went over to Courtney and hit her in the head with a bat, knocking her out.

"Lasercorn!" Sohinki yelled.

"What?! Maybe when she wakes up she'll be back to normal."

Back to normal? I thought.

"What happened?" Aria asked.

"Courtney started pummeling people in the office, including Olivia." Flitz explained.

"How many people...?" I asked.

"Two of our makeup artists, three of our editors, Olivia, and Matt Raub." Ian said.

I took a deep breath. "How many are in the hospital?"

"Matt and Olivia are the only ones who aren't." Wes said, carrying Courtney 'bridal style' to the couch.

"I...I don't think...Courtney did this on purpose." Olivia said.

I bent down next to Olivia, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah." She said, giving me a reassuring look.

"What do you mean, Olivia?" Ian asked.

"Let Courtney explain...when she gets up. For now, don't call the police on her."

Aria's P.O.V

We waited for hours for Courtney to wake up.

The nurse had put bandages around Courtney's head to stop the bleeding.

I decided to stay in the squad room with Courtney.

Shayne was worried Courtney would be in the same state she was before she got knocked out, so he decided to stay with me.

Mari and Noah were there too.

The nurse had a new office, with many beds and equipment.

We called it the infirmary.

Ian hired a professional medical team to work there.

Olivia was there with her boyfriend Sam, Damien, and Sohinki.

Fortunately, Matt was only hit once, so all he needed was an ice pack.

Everyone else had to get back to work.

I fiddled with my fingers while sitting in Keith's desk chair.
