NIGHTMARES [Aizawa Shouta/Eraserhead x Reader]

After three nerve wracking horrendous days, the written first part of the final exams was over. Even though there hadn't been announcements yet, everyone was confident enough that they had managed to utilize all the information they have crammed in for the past week. It wasn't an easy task but all the students of Class 1-A had already set their sights on the summer training camp and no one was going to stop them. Although there was just one drawback and this was the one thing that had been bothering [name] ever since.

On the day of the practical exams, the Erasure Hero's entire class was called forth at the entrance of one of UA's facilities. All of the students had been paired accordingly with their respective opponent teacher. But since there was an odd number of students, there was going to be a three-man team. Those who were waiting for their turn could watch the exam or talk about the strategy that they would use.

"[Last name] - san, let's go", Uraraka called out to the young teen as she seemed a little distracted. "Is there something wrong?" [name] could only shake her head no and follow suit her teammate. Due to difficult communication with Aoyama, both females decided to just observe the first few matches and wait until it was finally time.

Upon their arrival in the observation room, they were met with the green haired problem child. Apparently his partner, Bakugo, wasn't thrilled about the idea of being his partner. To top it all off, the number one hero, the Symbol of Peace, All Might was to be their opponent. Even with a handicap, he'd still be a formidable foe.

Once the students and their respective examiner have taken position, the exam would immediately begin. The Team Sato and Kirishima were the first to be tested and the results were depicted how far their strength was compared to the usually gentle, Cementoss.

On the second match, Asui and Tokoyami displayed their ingenuity and took advantage of their skills to overturn the difficult predicament they were in. By the third match, Ojiro and Iida used their impeccable speed and agility to get pass Power Loader and his favorable terrain.

In the fourth match, two of the most promising students in 1-A - Todoroki and Yaoyorozu - were up against their homeroom teacher in an intense battle. Their skills and abilities would be worth nothing once they come face to face with the Underground Hero who has the ability to null another's ability.

As the three observed the current match, [name]'s mind seemed to wander. Even though she was watching the battle, her attention was focused on her guardian instead. Right at that moment, [name] was witnessing an entirely different Aizawa Shouta in front of her. She was seeing his professional side as a hero, something that wasn't so common like what she is used to seeing everyday.

Strong... resolute... skilled... calculating... There was so much that she was seeing. It felt mesmerising for the young teen in some way. What was it exactly though? A new emotion maybe. She didn't know. The pro hero seemed so distant for the first time like they didn't even know each other in the first place.

"Feels different, huh?", the Youthful Heroine whispered under her breath for only [name] to hear. "That's Aizawa as Eraserhead. The famous Underground Hero who works quickly and efficiently to get the job done. He may be unrelenting when it came to villains but can be soft when it comes to people who are close to him"

"I see..."

After some time, it was finally time for the fifth match. Due to lack of coordination and communication, the Space Hero had the only three-man team clinging and hanging on for their lives... literally!

"We were so close!", the brunette exclaimed with agony as she tried to struggle from Thirteen's quirk.

Aoyama tried using his quirk with the help of his modified costume but as the name of their opponent's ability, Black Hole, it could even absorb light and break down matter into its molecular level. Considering that [name] was still in training, her stamina and strength wouldn't be able to hold out for any longer but she had to try her best for herself and her teammates. But then... there was something that the blonde boy said that managed to turn things around.
