*Grant's POV*
"I have to tell my family I'm gay.", I say with James wrapped in my arms. It's the next morning after I finally got him back, all of our friends are still passed out in the living room.
He looks at me with a skeptical look, "Are you sure"?
I think back to my dad putting me on the floor... the look in my mothers eyes. I mean, they know. I have to tell them the right way. At least my mother. Plus, I want her to meet James. I'll ask him about that later.
"Yeah, I'm sure. I can't keep hiding who I am. I have to tell them so we can be happy together without hiding anything".
"Well... I guess I have to tell my family too", he says. I can see the hesitation in his eyes.
"Baby, you don't have to do anything you aren't ready for".
He looks up at me and smiles, "I've been ready for a while now. I guess I just needed a nudge".
I smile back.
After another two hours, our friends finally awake from the dead and immediately start whining.
"God, I'm so hungry but if I eat I might puke everywhere", Julia says.
I look over at them and notice Maya between Julia and Dylan.
I smirk, knowing that they are all debating on who they should really be with.
I know Dylan doesn't care much, but Kobe has been crushing on him and he's with Kace now. And Kace doesn't give a shit. Maya though.... she's definitely after Julia.
"Hey Grant".
I'm pulled out of my thoughts by a James who has a sad look on his face.
"What can I do for you handsome?", I say running my hand through his hair.
"Are you sure you're not going to take everything back? Are you sure you still want me"?
I kiss his forehead, "only if you cheat again". What? It's the truth.
He smiles then looks away.
"I think I'm ready to meet your mom... I-I don't want to meet your dad".
I respond by shaking my head. I don't want him to meet him yet either.
"How about today then?", I ask seeing the nervousness rise in his cheeks, "it will be okay".
"Okay... yeah".
With that, I kiss his lips and continue to stare at my weird ass friends.
