*James POV*
I walked home.
I walked for 4 hours. My legs were screaming for me to stop but I couldn't. If I did, who knows what I would do? Most likely choke the shit out of Grant.
And Kyle.
I sighed, trying to calm my rage.
I don't know why it was going on but I'm damn sure I know Grant's naked ass when I see it.
I finally walk into the house and collapse onto the living room couch. My breath comes out heavy as I look around the house; my parents will be back next week and I still haven't thrown a party.
It's like border line insanity if you don't have a party while your parents are out.
Plus, I don't have anything to lose now right? Grant chose Kyle.
Grant chose Kyle.
The words are finally hitting me and hot tears run down my face and I start breathing heavily.
Everything. Everything for no fucking reason. He lied to me so much. He said I was the one!
But I'm not. I'm just the boy he ran into in the hallway that day... so he thinks.
I think I'm going to have a party.
Just to show Grant I'm not shit to play with.
I wake up the next morning still on the couch and a stiff neck. My eyes are glued shut so I sit there and start picking the crust from my eyelids and lashes.
"Good morning sleepy head"
I jump out of my skin and land on the floor with the only eye I could open, open.
"Woah, someone's not fond of early mornings huh?", I recognize the voice as Julia and sigh in relief.
"Julia, what are you doing in my-"
"NO THOSE ARE MY ANIMAL CRACKERS KACE AND YOU CANNOT TAKE THEM FROM ME!"
Kobe screams from the kitchen making me groan. Why are they all in my house right now?
I eat up and go into a kitchen where a really angry Kobe is trying to snatch a bag of animal crackers from Kace who's too busy admiring his boyfriend act like a brat to care to give them back.
"Why is eveyoooneee in myyyyy houuuuuuuse", I half scream hoping to get an answer.
Nope. Not a single fucking one.
I sigh and just watch all my friends run around my house like maniacs. I guess it's the perfect time to tell them that I'm having a party.
"Hey guys, I need everyone to know that I'm having a party!", I say reaching my arms out hoping someone noticed me speaking.
"What you say? You're having a baby?", Maya says coming out the bathroom from behind me.
With a toothbrush in her hand. My toothbrush in her hand.
"WHY DO YOU HAVE MY TOOTHBRUSH?!", I yell smacking my head.
"Well, cause... you know I don't know.", she responds looking down at her hand with a confused look.
"Just please put it back before your germs are all over it", I say rolling my eyes. She walks away mocking me and sits my toothbrush on the table.
Why did I expect her to listen?
"Hey Guys James is gonna be a mommy!", I hear Maya yelling in the kitchen and quickly make my way in there.
"I am not going to me a fucking parent you imbeciles. I'm throwing a party.", I say before they could react.
"OHHHH a party!? That sounds like the best idea anyone has had in a while.", Kobe says, squealing like a five year old girl.
"Wait... is this about Grant?", Kace says quietly making everyone go silent.
I instantly become defensive, "Why would this be about Grant?".
"I mean, after what happened yesterday, you seem to be fine. I know this isn't my place, especially since Grant is my best friend, but I think you need to talk to him.", Face says then sips his tea.
"I don't need to do anything. I'm perfectly fine.", I say plastering a smile on my face, "This party is for me and my friends before my parents get back. Matter of fact, since you are his best friend let him know that he's invited!", I finish throwing my hands up in the air.
Kace looks shocked but shakes his head vigorously.
"Okaaaay.... well who's gonna go shopping?", Maya says breaking the awkward silence.
"I'll go!"
I look behind me to see a sleepy Dylan popping his head up from the couch.
Why haven't I noticed him yet?
"I guess I'll go with him to make sure he actually gets party supplies.", Julia says grabbing Dylan's arm and walking out the door.
"I'll get drinks. I have a fake I.D", Kace says earning a look from Kobe.
I stifle a laugh and nod my head. I guess all we need is people now.
"Wait... guys, what's today?", I say literally having no idea.
"You know how about we just go with the flow.", Maya says looking into the distance.
"Yeaaaah, we'll do that", I respond shaking my shoulders. She scares me at times.
"Well", I continue, "I'll let everyone know when we go back to school tomorrow".
"Yeah sounds good, I'll make sure to let Grant know.", I hear Kace say making my stomach turn to knots.
I turn away from the group; my stomach still churning.
I hope this is the right thing to do.
My birthday was on the 7th. I just turned 21 Guys! Anyways back to whats really important.
I'm almost at 10K reads!! Like I can't even thank you guys enough for reading my story. I never thought tis book would get to 1K!
