Chapter Five
The two stood out of a shop as Five looked inside the building.
"Five, they're closed, I can't get a dress now-"
"So you say," he shrugged. He put his arms in front of him as she gasped.
"No!" She groaned, "were not stealing-"
"Just think of it as borrowing, don't worry, I'll put money on the front cash register for it."
"Five!"
"Look, it's getting cold and my jacket isn't going to stay around you all night long."
She rolled her eyes.
"Fine," groaning, she held his arm as he popped in the store.
"Go find you something nice, I'll meet up with you when you're done."
"And where are you going?"
"I'm walking around," he muttered as she nodded, walking to the petites section as he walked more to the women's clothes. She shook her head and looked for a new skirt.
"Such a fucking weird kid," she hissed darting to a jean skirt rack. She could see his flashlight illuminating the side he was on as he made a stop to the mannequins. She quickly ran to a dressing room and switched skirts. She looked at herself in the mirror, checking out how she had looked and her shoes looked just as good with this skirt as the last one did as she nodded.
"This one will do," she started. She began to walk out the dressing room door with her old skirt and Fives jacket in her arm.
"No!" Five yelled as she glanced to the boy. A few inches from him were two masked people as she gasped. She fell to the floor as she groaned.
"I had to pick a skirt," she hissed as she watched the two flock to Five. She flicked her hand as one of the racks fell upon one of the masked men.
"Come and get me, Fuckers!" She hissed as she noticed Five her up and grab a mannequin. The masked man turned toward her and shot freely as she ducked and slid along her knee to make a dart down the isle. Flicking her hand as she passed him, she made the two racks close on him as she groaned.
"What did you do this time!" She screamed. As her hair on her arm stood up.
"I didn't do anything!" Five yelled back. "Less talking, more running!"
