Chapter Eleven
"I see the way you look at them when they leave, why don't you just go?" Vanya asked as Theodora sighed and shook her head. It was a new raid for the team and they were running through the halls as Theodora had found herself more cosy in Vanya's room at this time, watching the team run through the halls. Hargrreeves passed by Vanya's room and glared at Theodora."That's why," she sighed, "he doesn't want me to go on trips— I said I could be a sidekick-"
"They don't have side kicks," Vanya laughed.
"They're their own sidekicks," Theodora sighed. She propped her head up on her knee as Diego ran by the room and shrugged.
"You coming?"
"Diego," she cursed, "you know your dad will kill me-"
"Who cares?"
"I do! I actually enjoy life," she sighed looking to Vanya, "plus I like keeping her company— you guys head on."
Diego sighed and walked on. He walked down the stairs as Klaus slowly walked by the door, glancing to Theodora and waving.
"Have fun!" She called as he nodded and ran down to follow his siblings.
"You should be out there with them," Vanya said as Theodora laughed.
"Anything but!" She laughed, "I'd probably distract them!"
She laughed and shook her head.
"You know you're better than them Theodora, your powers are strong-"
"But not too strong apparently. Your father seems to think that I'm just ordinary."
"Because he doesn't know that you are as good as you are," Vanya smiled as she got up and pulled me.
"Where are we going?"
"Ben and I may have done something."
She pulled Theodora to Ben's room, she looked under his bed to pull out a small suitcase. When opening the suit case she revealed a long yellow trench looking dress with a pair of grey pants as she gawked, underneath the dress was a pair of goggles that looked a little outdated as she gasped.
"Vanya!" She hissed.
"It's yours!" She chirped as Theodora stiffened. "Since your hands glow yellow when you use your powers, we considered other colors, but we stuck with yellow- it's more your color. And we couldn't make a mask fast enough— so I found these and you don't look anything like the family."
