About Him

Jungkook planned to surprise Chaeyoung at her workplace but he has something to do first before that. He needed to find out about the vampire he met last night. It bothers him until he did not get a good sleep at all.

Because of that, he goes to the old library he knows to find out about the vampire. He greeted the librarian even though he's not familiar with her. The librarian asked if he needs help and he shook his head. He knows his way there.

Even though the library is renovated and have become bigger than before, he knows where is his destination. He walked through the hallway to the old toilet and looked back for a while. After he is sure no one is around, he took out an old brick that covered the wall beside the toilet which locked for hundreds of years.

Then, he pressed the wall making the toilet door opened. Jungkook stepped inside to see many old books arranged neatly on the bookcases. Maybe at the door it says toilet but inside it is actually a hidden place to store old ancient books there.

Jungkook took out one book in black hardcover titled 'El Vampiro' in front of it. Then, he opened it to see many names and faces of vampires that existed in the world. He checked the faces and names meticulously for several hours. There are eight books in total that he had checked.

However, none of them have the face of the vampire he saw last night. It's like he does not exist at all. But then, it occurred to Jungkook that may be the vampire is stronger than he thought and he developed the shapeshifter power already. But if he is, why did Jungkook felt it was an easy fight with him?

He put back the books at their place before walking out of the library. Out there, Jungkook thought of how to find out about the vampire. He thought of asking Mino but he's so far away at the moment. Plus, Mino does not have any social media. He is too into classic style of life until he does not even have a phone.

That is why it was hard for Jungkook to find Mino. Then, Jungkook remembered Mino told him of someone. Therefore, Jungkook goes to find that someone in hope he will get an answer quickly.

"Jungkook-shi.", she called his name making him turned around to her. "I hope you be careful of him. He's actually stronger than you are. It's just because of the imprisonment, he is weaker than he should be.", she advised. Jungkook nodded as he said goodbye once again after that.

Jungkook sat at the bus stop thinking of what he just heard from Irene. She is a witch that Mino told him but Jungkook was not convinced of it at first. When Jungkook saw her coming out to greet him, he was thinking of an old lady instead of a young face.

Irene knew what his mind was thinking and told him she is just as old as him. He was taken aback a bit. Then, Irene told him she is just five years older than him who is 155 years old. Jungkook almost coughed at her correct answer of his age.

Because of it, he believes that she is really a witch. Then, he told her why he met her and she does her thing that Jungkook does not even understand. Even though they are similar in terms of looking young despite their age, Jungkook does not understand whatever language a witch is speaking.

He just sits there silently waiting. He thinks he has told everything about the vampire and hopes that it is enough to help her find out who he is. After almost fifteen minutes of reading her mantra, she opened her eyes and looked at Jungkook sharp in the eyes.

He is a bit intimidated by her looks until he stuttered. He asked if she found out who the vampire is and she nodded. Jungkook being eagerly wanted to know, asked who and Irene told him to relax first.

Suddenly, Jungkook got startled by the bus's honk and cursed in whisper. He got into the bus and sits at the most back seat. He remembered again what Irene told about the vampire.

She said he was a cruel vampire that was imprisoned by the villagers because he broke the agreement between the villagers and the vampire clan. He is the only vampire that drink the people's blood until they died of blood loss.

She said that the villagers agree to give the vampire stay with them but the vampire cannot drink their blood in return. However, he is the only one who is stubborn. Because of that, he is caught by the trap made by the villagers.

She also told Jungkook that the vampire is 200 years old and should be stronger than he is. Jungkook asked her if she knows where he is now but she said sorry that she could not find out about that. Then, Jungkook thanked her for everything she told him. At least, now he knows the vampire's name.
