Wedding Day

Jungkook looked at the two canopies that are filled with people and when he saw Irene at the front row, he nodded briefly at her signalling her to be ready. He is actually nervous but Irene has advised him earlier that he should be relaxed for his big day.

Moments later, the crowd started to keep quiet as they see Chaeyoung coming out from Jungkook's car which is driven by a driver he hired for the wedding. Jungkook also looked at her who is wearing a silky white wedding gown walking down the aisle with some of her friends including Yeri and Jisoo in front of her as her bridesmaids.

His smile never fades even when Chaeyoung is finally standing right in front of him. The officiant that is standing at the middle between the two of them asked them if they are ready and they nod.

Therefore, without further ado, the officiant started asking them the long question which they will reply with "I do" in the end. Jungkook is the first one asked and he calmly answered the question. When it is Chaeyoung's turn, Jungkook and the officiant both looked at her when she does not answer the question right away.

Jungkook lifted her veil a bit and saw her eyes closed. "Chaeyoung?", he called and she quickly opened her eyes. She looked at him and then, at the officiant. "I do. I, I really do.", she said before mouthing to Jungkook that she was so nervous till she did not realize the long question has finished.

She made Jungkook chuckled at her while the officiant smiled at the couple in front of him. Then, he proceeded announcing them as husband and wife to the crowd. He also told them that they may kiss now as they are done with the wedding vows.

Chaeyoung stayed still at where she is standing as Jungkook moved closer to her. He slowly puts his right hand behind her back around the waist as he pulled her close to him. He smiled as he opened her veil to see her face up close.

Then, he sees the look on her face which tells that she is shy to do what she just heard. Jungkook formed a grin before slowly closing the gap between their lips. However, Chaeyoung keeps being a statue as she is very shy to be kissing in front of a lot of people.

When she hears claps and shouts from the crowd, she patted Jungkook's left shoulder slowly to tell him to stop kissing her. He understands it so he does as she wants. "This is our day. You shouldn't be shy.", he said in a volume that only Chaeyoung could hear.

She pouted as she glared at him for a second before her name is called by Yeri. She and Jisoo came to her to congratulate her before asking her to throw the flower bouquet in her hands. Then, Chaeyoung realized that she is still holding the bouquet with her at that time.

During the crowd are having their meals, Chaeyoung and Jungkook greeted each one of them who are mostly Chaeyoung's neighbors and friends from her old village. Jungkook made sure that they come to the wedding since that is one of the ways for him to make Chaeyoung happy.

When Chaeyoung meets her step family, she is separated from Jungkook as he was pulled by the two kids who became the flower girls just now. They wanted to take a picture with him so Chaeyoung let him go as she greets her step mother.

"Where is Jiwoo, omma?", she asked as she does not see Jiwoo near Jooyeon. Then, Jooyeon pointed behind her and she turned around seeing Jiwoo walking to where she is standing at. Jiwoo smiled at her and she gave a smile too in response.

"Chaeyoung... congratulations! Even though I don't really like you, today is your day. So, let's not ruin this day of yours.", Jiwoo said as she hugs Chaeyoung. Jooyeon looked at the two of them with a smile.

When they parted from the hug, Jiwoo said that she remembered something. "There's someone wants to see you. He said he's your friend, Chae.", Jiwoo told her. Chaeyoung frowned at it and asked where is he if he is her friend.

"He didn't get an invitation so he's shy to come here. He waits for you at the tree near the entranceway, Chae.", Jiwoo informed as she pointed to the oak tree near where Chaeyoung got out from the car when she got there.

Chaeyoung is a bit doubtful but she still wants to know who that friend Jiwoo mentioned. So, she excused herself from them and make her way to the location Jiwoo told her earlier.
