21 - Awards Night

JK's POV
I want to rest, I want to rest, I want to rest.

RM: Alright guys! Good job everyone!

Jimin: Yeah! Can we schedule a home massage or something? RM, I thought you were planning to kill us hyung. We never practiced that hard before.

RM: Well, we're helping our hyung with his mission right? (Slaps Jin).

Jin: Keure. And because of all your help - I'll treat everyone to massage (everybody shouts) and meat!

I looked at Jin-hyung, and from what I heard, they have not made up yet but he was able to apologize to Y/N. I think it freed his mind a little. When he got home last night, he was humming and even made a feast for dinner.

Suga: Yah, JK. Are they back together now?

Me: Andwe. But, Y/N spoke to him and apparently accepted his gift.

Suga: So first mission, check?

Jin: First mission, double check! Let's go have our massage - scheduled it already and then let's eat before we go to the awards! The stylists are already in our place.

The boys whooped and went on their way to Hannam Hill.

Y/N's POV
Me: So what do you think should I wear? Can you call Jongsuk please and ask him if he's just wearing a normal suit? If yes, can you ask him to coordinate his pocket square with the color of my dress?

The stylist nodded and went out to do as instructed. I'm still debating whether I should wear the first dress - a blush pink sweetheart gown or this one - a slinkier, midnight blue, mermaid cut dress. The front portion looks very conservative with its Sabrina cut, but with a super sexy back detailing. It also has a mermaid cut for the skirt. It's very classy yet sexy. For sure, a lot will talk about it - because you know how conservative the Koreans are.

Me: Okay, so I'll wear this instead. I'm not feeling too girly today. Can you just get a statement earrings, ring, and can you please pass that box over there? I'll only wear this on my wrist, nothing else.

Stylist: Y/N-ssi? Jongsuk will use a midnight blue pocket squqare.

Me: Perfect. Then let's go with this. For hair and makeup, just keep it to bare minimum. Thanks a lot guys.

My staff and I are at Park Hyatt Seoul. Jongsuk will pick me up and we'll go together at the awards. I'm nervous and excited at the same time - excited because our drama was nominated for several awards, nervous because I wouldn't know what to do with all the media questions and fans. But we, Jongsuk and I, will not answer. Instead, we'll just go and enjoy and try to have a good time.

We finished preparing after nearly an hour - just in time because Jongsuk knocked at my hotel room door to the delight of my staff.

Jongsuk: Aish, why are you dressed like that? (Smirking) They got nothing on you babe. But seriously, that's an extraordinary dress. You look so beautiful.

Me: (felt my cheeks reddening) Jongsuk! Hahaha you don't look too bad yourself.

Jongsuk: Photo?

Me: Yes, photo.

Jongsuk: Oh, and mianhe Y/N. I think some media saw and followed me here. Just wanted to let you know that they might be typing on their phones as we speak.

Me: Oh well. What's new?

Jongsuk: (looks at my wrist) Have you made up already?

Me: Andwe.

Jongsuk: (breathes a sigh of relief) Arra. I can still be with you then.

Jin's POV
Photographer: All right boys, move a little to your left. There you go (click). Jin-ssi, take your place.

Me: (busy scanning the crowd) Huh? What place?

Tae: Third from left hyung. Third from left. Aish. What's wrong with you? (Whispers) Are you looking for Y/N.

I gave him a smile, and went to "my place," third from left. The photographer took more photos when I noticed a little commotion. Some stations quickly went to check who arrived.

JK: Bingo. There she is hyung. Aish, that dress. What is she thinking?

My jaw dropped at the sight of Y/N. She's wearing a conservative looking dress at the front, but you can see that her sides and back are totally exposed. It's a midnight blue dress that made her stand out. I noticed that she's not wearing anything on her wrist, let alone the bracelet I gave her, which made me really happy, really happy.

Me: What do you mean? She looks awesome. Aigoo, my girl.

Media: Jungkook-ssi, Jungkook-ssi. Can you join your sister, we want to interview you!

JK: Hello sister. Yah, Jongsuk why did you let her go out wearing that?

Jongsuk: (laughing) She looks awesome right. No doubt the most beautiful girl tonight.

I felt a pang of jealously go through my veins. I should be the one holding her. I should be the one telling the world that she's the most beautiful woman here.

Suddenly someone pushed me from behind and I find myself joining the three of them for an interview.

Media: Seokjin-ssi! Is it true that you and Y/N were a couple before you cheated on her?

Media: So are the lovelocks at Namsan yours?

Media: Jongsuk, what is the status of your relationship? The #LeeLeeLovers fans are dying to know!

Y/N: Everyone please. Let's leave the questions for another day. We're all here as friends and to have fun. I also hope that you enjoy tonight. Thank you again for your support.

Jongsuk looked at her and held out his hand, which she took. The two went ahead leaving JK and I.

Media: Jin-ssi, do you have anything to say?

Me: Nothing more, except that she does look beautiful tonight.

I saw JK smirk, and we both went back to the members. We were ushered backstage where we had a quick program runthrough.
