12 - Growing Apart

JK's POV
Ever since the two fought, things changed between them. They made up but there's definite shift in how they treat each other. My noona spends less time waiting for us, while Jin tries his best but my noona just cuts his off.

I want to help them, but I don't want either of them to tell me off. I also noticed Jin hyung going back to his old ways, whenever he gets stressed, he will drink with the boys or by himself. Bang PD already called out his attention. I told my noona, but she just shrugged it off saying "his life, his decisions."

I also noticed that Shin Hye, still trying to vie for Jin's attention. I already asked another make-up artist to attend to me because I really can't deal with her. There's just too many things going on, and we're halfway in our tour. Sometimes, you just need to pick your battles. But I will definitely make sure that she gets fired when we get back to Seoul.

I called my noona -

Male Voice: Yeobseyo?

Me: Yeobseyo? Is this Y/N's phone?

Male Voice: (laughs) Jungkook? This is Jongsuk. She went to the restroom and left her phone with me. I'll tell her you called her.

Me: Jongsuk? (Jin looked up from his laptop) Oh, arraseo. Keure. Just tell her to call me back.

Jin: Weo? Why are you talking to Jongsuk?

Me: I called noona's phone, and he answered.

Jin: What? Why is her phone with him?

Me: Easy hyung. She was in the rest room.

Jin: But why are they together?

Me: Maybe because of the shop? I don't know, you're her boyfriend right? Why haven't you talked to her?

Jin: I've been trying okay. But we constantly missed out on each other. She's out or I'm asleep. I was waiting for her the other night, but she didn't call me. Then I saw Jongsuk's IG that they were having that damn session workshop or something.

Me: You're monitoring Jongsuk?

Jin: Shin Hye. She showed it to me. So I created an Instagram account that I use to track her.

Me: Aish. I told you not to rely on that girl. She's nothing but trouble.

RM: Who's nothing but trouble?

Me: That makeup artist. Did you ask noona why she was with Jongsuk?

Jin: N-no. But -

Me: No buts! You see? You're being brainwashed by all the things you see on social media. That's why Y/N doesn't keep one. Don't you think it's unfair because you don't want to hear her side out?

Jin: I don't know.

Me: Break up with her then. Maybe she's really happy now with Jongsuk.

Jin: Yah! Jungkook, why are you being disrespectful?

I stormed out of the hotel room. I needed space to breathe and collect myself. I saw Tae and he asked me if I'm okay.

Me: I need to speak to my sister.

Just then my phone rang.

Me: Noona? Where have you been?

Y/N: Oh, Kookie. Nice to hear from you. Jongsuk told me that you called? Guess what?

Me: Sorry noona. But why are you with him?

Y/N: Not you too? Well, I'm having my staff train with him for the cafe section. We will open it soon. The fashion side is doing well. If everything goes smoothly as planned, I might be able to get the break I needed.

Me: You know that you and hyung are drifting apart?

Y/N: Weo? Well, it's not easy being in a long distance relationship that's why I'm doing this. I want to be with him, and you as soon as possible.

Me: (sighs) Leave now noona. Jongsuk is there right? Maybe he can help, while you're here?

Y/N: That will be hard Kookie. Of course, he has his business to take care of too.

Me: Jin saw all the social media posts.

Y/N: And so? I'm not doing anything wrong. Although, it might be a start of my career. They are planning to give me a lead drama with him. Maybe that's why he kept on posting. I'll ask him.

Me: What drama?

Y/N: I've been speaking to Bang PD, and I might do a drama soon. He already set me up for some meetings and training. But it will be after I pay you guys a visit.

Me: How come he doesn't tell us these things?

Y/N: You already have a lot on your mind. And he wants me to tell you personally. I might see you sooner than later!

Me: Arraseo. What do you want me to do with Jin?

Y/N: Don't tell him anything yet!

I bid goodbye. I am torn whether I should tell her or not. But one thing's for sure, I need to tell Bang PD all about Shin Hye.

Shin Hye's POV
Me: Oppa, there you go! You look so handsome (giggles)

Jin: Because I am worldwide handsome.

JK: Yah, Jin-ah. Stop blabbering and let's go.

Jungkook glared at me and I looked down. All the makeup artists are also staring at me.

Makeup Artist 1: Yah, Shin Hye. What are you trying to do? Do you want to get fired? We have been telling you to leave the boys alone, especially Jin.

Makeup Artist 2: Jungkook is really mad at you.

I smiled at the both of them.

Me: Weo? They haven't fired me yet. And besides you don't have any evidence except that Jungkook is annoyed at me.

I looked at my phone and I saw a photo which my friend sent me. It was of Y/N and Jongsuk sharing an umbrella while hanging outside 89 Mansion. I edited it a bit to make it dramatic. I'm planning to leave my phone where Jin can spot it after their show.

Time Skip
Jin: Aish!

Jin madly stepped out of the dressing room. Jungkook followed him and RM. He took out his phone, punched the numbers, and swore.

RM: What's wrong with you?

JK: Yah, can't you wait and ask her why? I know it looks bad but you have to hear her side first.

Jin continued walking until he spotted Jimin.

Jin: Jimin, gaja. Join me.

Bang PD: What is happening here? Kim Seokjin! What's the fuss?

Jin: Leave me alone. Jimin!

RM told Jimin to join Jin, and to keep an eye out for him. I used this moment to hide and wait for what will happen next.
