"So, Tate, tell me. How has your summer break been?" Dr. Harmon asked me.

I smiled as the most current memories of this break ran through my mind.

"Its been really good." I said with a smile. "Probably the best I've ever had."

Dr. Harmon nodded, giving a small smile as he wrote my words down in his notes, "Anything interesting happen?"

I chuckled. "You could call it that."

Dr. Harmon raised an eyebrow as he looked at me with question, "Care to share?"

I smiled, letting my gaze fall to my lap where my hands rested.

"Sage and I had sex." I answered, looking back up at him.

He chuckled, setting his notepad down as he crosses his legs, resting his elbow on the arm of the chair. "And how was that experience?" He asked, resting his chin on his hand.

"Insane." I answered with a laugh, shaking my head as I thought about that night with Sage. "She's.... Amazing."

"Was it your first time?" He asked, a small smile on his face.

"It was." I answered, "I can't tell you how incredible it was." I smiled wide, unable to control how happy I was.

Dr. Harmon chuckled softly as he nodded, "I can imagine." He smiled, "I can remember my first time to this day as well. Not many people are lucky enough to have a good experience the first time, so I'm happy to hear yours was an enjoyable one."

I smiled, "Thanks."

He gave a slight nod before picking his notepad up again, "So, moving on. Have you heard from your alter lately? Anything at all?"

I sighed. I hated talking about him. It made me uncomfortable, made me feel weak. Angry even.

"No." I answered.

Dr. Harmon nodded, "Been awhile since he's spoken to you then."

I nodded.

"That seems a little strange." Dr. Harmon stated, writing something down.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"To go from having him constantly in your head to not at all? I mean I guess it makes sense because you've had a lot of positive things going on recently, I'm just worried that he's trying to lure you into a false sense of hope only to strike five times as hard later." Dr. Harmon stated.

"Oh.."

"Do you mind if I speak with him, Tate?" Dr. Harmon asked, glancing up at me while he wrote.

Anxiety set in deep in my stomach; an overwhelming fear. I didn't want to let him out. I finally felt like I had locked him down and back behind steel walls so he wouldn't be able to wander around ruining things. I didn't want to set him free and not be able to get him back in.

"Don't worry, Tate. I won't let him get out of control. I just want to have a little chat with him and see what's been going on from his perspective." Dr. Harmon said reading my mind entirely. "Once it's over I'll help you regain control."

I hesitated. I still didn't like the idea of him being out, especially not when Sage was out in the waiting room. She was too close for comfort to let him out like this. It's been so long since he had last taken over I was worried what he would do.

"Tate please." Dr. Harmon broke me from my thoughts.

I sighed, giving a small nod. "Okay."

Dr. Harmon smiled, adjusting himself in his seat as he set the notepad down. "Ready whenever you are."

I took a deep breath before letting it out as I closed my eyes.

I felt my body began to twitch, the feeling of claws gripping the inside of my stomach, making their way up into my chest.

A single tear fell from my eye as everything went dark.

Soon I was falling into a black obis, a dark nothingness.
