Yue is in Xiaowen's office,waiting for her to finish so they could have lunch when someone knocks at the door. Her assistant.
"Ms. Xiaowen, Mr. Dylan Wang is here to see you. Should I let him in?"
"NO!" Yue said loudly. Panic started to build inside her.
"Why is he here? Did he make an appointment with you? What should I do? I should hide. Where will I hide? I am not ready to face him, Xiaowen." Yue blabbered, near tears.
It had been a week since she told him that she would be in a retreat. Just so she could avoid seeing him. She doesn't want to be an emotional wreck when she faces her best friend. He could always sense when something is bothering her.
"Relax Yue. Breathe." Xiaowen said then she held Yue's hand to calm her.
"He doesn't have an appointment. But I have a pretty good idea why he is here. Now, calm yourself then hide in the washroom first."
Yue stood up and almost ran to Xiaowen's washroom.
Then Xiaowen turned to her assistant. "Please let him in."

Xiaowen went back to her table and pretended to be engrossed in her work. But the truth is, she is nervous as hell.
The door opened and the great Dylan Wang came in. Xiaowen looked up from what she was doing and smiled at him. "Hi Dylan! What brings you here? Have a seat."
Dylan smiled shyly at Xiaowen and said "Sorry to drop in on you without proper notice but I was in the area and I thought I'd drop by...." he trailed off as something caught his eye.
Xiaowen looked at what Dylan was looking at. Oh crap. Yue's phone! The phone is on silent mode but it lit up because of an email notification. And the lock screen was a picture of Yue and Dylan.
"Oh yes. Yue left her phone here as she was in a hurry to leave for her retreat a week ago." Xiaowen explained in a hurry.
"So why exactly are you here Di?" She asked, trying to divert Dylan's attention from Yue's phone.
"I wanted to ask if you can contact Yue. But apparently you can't too because she left her phone here with you." said Dylan then he took Yue's phone and fiddled with it.
"I was actually hoping to spend some time with her since I have been gone for almost a month. And I wanted to tell her things. But she had to leave as soon as I arrived. And I couldn't even call her." Dylan said.
"She will be back in a week, Di. You can then talk to her all you want then. Besides you have a girlfriend now right?" Xiaowen asked him.
"Yes! So Yue told you about her?" Dylan said . It is also one of the reasons why I wanted to talk to her. I wanted to tell her about Fei Fei. I want to tell her I'm happy. How Fei Fei makes me happy. And I want them to be friends too. That would be cool right?" Dylan told Xiaowen.
