Boku no Hero Academia: Shock Wave

Without Permission

U.A. was facing a problem with it's student body.

There was a rumor about someone peeking in the all of the girls locker rooms that surfaced a while ago. It was said that the culprit decided to start with the third years, then go  all the way down to the first years. The story was that whenever a class from any of the years had finished or was about to start practice for hero training, the culprit would somehow find a way to sneak in and take pictures of all the girls in the locker room.   And it just so happened to be the girls from the first year's turn to get peeped on.

Almost everyone in class 1-A was on edge. Excluding Bakugou, who couldn't give a single care in the world, and Mineta who thought that whoever this person was was his hero, or heroine. He wasn't about to rule out the possibility of a girl peeper. The teachers were on high alert for the culprit and they made sure to watch all the students as they went about their day. 

"Goodness man how low can someone get?" Kaminari asked. Kirishima, Rai, Sero, Ojiro, and Kaminari were huddled around a bench outside of school as they decided to hang out after class. The news of the creeping vigilante was the topic of discussion among the group. All five boys were surprised at the fact that someone was desperate enough to risk their own well being and education just to see a few girls in their underwear. They knew most of the girls in school were very attractive. From the girls in their class to the third years that would usually pass by them. But not to the point where they would take a risk that would not only cost them the girls' trust, but also their futures as students and heroes.

"I'm really feeling sorry for the girls in our class." Sero said. "Yeah me too. I mean the only girl who wouldn't really be in a bad position is Hagakure, with her being invisible and all." Rai added. Hagakure would be the only one out of all the girls in the school who wouldn't suffer any negative repercussions if her picture was taken without her knowing. All the girls in class 1-A were on the defense so much to the point were all the guys in class didn't want to approach them. It was like they could feel the stress seep out of them. Hell Rai did his best not to trigger Mina or Hagakure whenever they heard about another peeping victim. 

Uraraka tried her best to ease the girls with little luck. Her best efforts withered down to making the girls feel safe only in class and after school. Rai tried his best to calm down Mina and Hagakure since they, along with Uraraka, were his closets friends that were girls. He would walk them to their respected train stations, walk with them all the way to class and to the girls bathroom at times, they were that stressed out. But who could blame them? Having to watch your back just to make sure a pervert didn't take advantage of you as a girl, was the equivalent to making sure someone or a group of people didn't rock your shit in the gym or at the back of the school yard for a guy. 

Both situations ending badly would result in your pride being severely damaged. Especially if the incident was filmed and shared. This entire shtick went on for three weeks and it was starting to get hectic. Girls were refusing to leave the class rooms for practice and some went as far as to consider switching schools. This was causing major problems for the school and something had to be done.

'Man this is starting to weigh me down. I hate seeing Mina and the other girls upset and stressed.' Rai thought as he sat in his seat while Midnight was giving a lecture on how to convincing weak willed villains to surrender. He couldn't help but think about how on edge everyone was. His mind raced with so many thoughts and possible outcomes, from the culprit getting caught, to the guy never getting caught, to him and some of the others catching the culprit and getting thanks from the school.

The whole peeping tom business was getting on his nerves, and it wasn't even his problem. But it became his problem when a horny dumb ass wanted a peek without permission and made his three of his female friends along with the rest of his female classmates targets. All of this worrying got to the point where he needed to clear his head. Informing Midnight that he had to go to the restroom, he got up out of his seat and headed out the door. 

"I can't believe this is bullshit is getting to me. Why do I care that much?" he said as he walked towards the restroom. He wanted to find this person so bad and drop kick them straight in their face.  While he was no stranger to inappropriate thoughts, he never let those thoughts determine his actions. He had, to an extent, a dirty mind, but that was with every guy and girl. Especially as a teenager.  He would not believe that not one single girl in his class or the school for that matter, never had a dirty thought go through their mind. If they hadn't at the moment, it would happen later in life. 

On his way from the restroom, he the sound of foots rapidly tapping down the hallway and then stop. He figured it was a student playing hooky, getting nearly caught by the teacher and started to pay no mind. Until, he heard something that suddenly grabbed his attention.

"Heh heh, there we go, so far so good. I got a good angle this time for sure. Oh nice ass Kurogane, and look at the breast on Yuki. Man I'm going to have a fucking field day tonight. That takes care of all the second year girls. Next up the first years, and I think I'll start with the girls from class 1-A."  

Those words alone planted the seed in his head. The fiend, he was right there and just announced that the girls in his class were next on the chopping block. He was so close to the creep that if he just for once, break the rule about not using his on school grounds other than in the gym and training area, he could stop all of this. He had his mind set and his quirk activated. 

'Like hell you are, you asshole! This time your overgrown libido is about to cost you!' he thought. If he didn't do something now, crap would go down soon. With that thought, he quickly made his way to the hallway where he heard the voice.
