Yoongi sighed as he was finally able to sit down. They had just finished greeting everyone in the pack, which proved to be much more exhausting than one might've thought. "It's over. Thank god. I thought I was going to fucking die if someone else asked me where we're from. Didn't they listen to that Jung guy?"

Namjoon chuckled and rolled his eyes. "Just be glad that everyone is so excepting. I was expecting at least of few of them to refuse us. It's not easy taking in random wolves, especially when many of them are alphas. They didn't even give any threats about staying away from their omega or anything."

"Speaking of the Omega...." Jin chimed in, avoiding sitting down since he was about to leave anyway. "I heard he got sick, so I was going to pay a quick visit to his family. Does anyone want to come with me? Kyungsoo, you should join me for sure. Meeting another male Omega could be good for you." He smiled as the precious wolf and his mate stood, getting ready to go. "Oh! Jungkook, you have to come. You didn't talk to anyone when we were meeting the pack. This is the least you could do."

With a series of grumbles and quiet curses, Jungkook pushed himself off the wall he had been leaning on and followed the others out of the building. He wasn't normally so antisocial and quiet, but he had been distancing himself from everyone since the attack. No one blamed him for doing so, but it was becoming a bit of a burden as it had put the others on edge.

Jin watched the houses they passed as they walked down the road. He had gotten the address of the family from the head Alpha, but he was still a little unsure if he would get the right place. His worries vanished, however, when he rang the doorbell of the house and a man he hadn't had the pleasure of meeting yet stood there with a nervous look on his face. "Hello sir. My name is Kim Seokjin. We felt bad that we couldn't meet you earlier, so we came to say hello and introduce ourselves."

"Oh...um..." Taehyung's Father nervously glanced at the wolves in front of them. "We're very grateful for your consideration, but I don't think that this is a very good time...my son isn't feeling the best so it'll be hard to greet you properly. Please understand." He was obviously anxious about something and was eager to close the door to their house.

"Oh I see. We understand. Hopefully we can meet each other later when the circumstances are more in our...." Jin furrowed his eyebrows as a certain scent seeped it's way out of the house. "Favor...." The light smell of osmanthus mixed with some type of irresistible sweetness seeped out of the house. He could feel the tension that spread over the other wolves with him. His eyes widened slightly as he realized what was going on. Unfortunately, he figured it out a bit too late.

There was a low growl that came from behind him and before he knew it, Jungkook shoved his way past everyone and into the house. "Shit." Jin tried to grab ahold of the Alpha, but he wasn't quick enough. "Jeon fucking Jungkook get back here!" He rushed in after him, but almost immediately regretted it as he stepped into the house. Even though he was already mated, the smell of an omega in heat was too intoxicating. He covered his nose and mouth quickly, closing his eyes to try and regain composure. Luckily, the omega's father had sprinted after Jungkook and his mother seemed to have heard the commotion as well.

Jungkook made his way through the house, following the source of the scent that set him off. Up the stairs and down the hall, the last door to the left where whines and cries of pain echoed from inside the room is where the excited alpha went to immediately, pushing through the door before the other wolves could stop him. There on the floor lay Taehyung, fully stripped of everything but his underwear. Slick dribbled down his thighs and heat radiated from his body. It was obvious that the temperature irritated his skin as his entire body was covered in a light shade of blotchy red.

Jungkook had been in a sort of trance as he observed the boy in front of him, but a needy whine snapped him out of it. He quickly moved towards Taehyung, who had started staring at him helplessly, and gently picked him up, sitting on the bed and holding the smaller wolf possessively.

Taehyung let out an audible sound of relief as soon as the unfamiliar alpha touched him. The itching feeling that had previously covered his body vanished and he felt somewhat at peace. He pushed his body further into the comforting arms that were wrapped around him and pressed his head into the alpha's neck, rubbing the blissful scent of charred wood onto himself.

To say the least, Taehyung's parents were rather surprised. They thought that Jungkook had just lost control after smelling the omega like any other wolf would, but it turned out that he was actually their son's mate. While, yes, they were happy for their child, they also were very nervous. He was a bit too young to be finding his mate.

You see, every wolf has a different timeline. Everyone is awakened to their mate finding abilities at different ages. While there were many cases of teenagers finding their mates, most wolves didn't until they were at least twenty. Taehyung was sixteen. He wasn't anywhere close to being capable of handling not only the responsibilities that came with parenthood, but also those that came with being in such a strong relationship in general.

As they stared at the two boys that sat on the bed of their son's room, all the two parents wanted to do was snatch Taehyung away and protect him. Unfortunately, they just couldn't do that. The alpha, which they still didn't know the name of, would obviously not let anyone close enough to even touch the omega. Thus, they decided to just give the two a little bit of privacy to get acquainted with each other, leaving the door open for obvious reasons.

When they returned to the lower level of the house, they explained the whole situation to the others and sent them off with the promise of contacting them if anything else happened. They asked them to keep things quiet and not spread it around. News about the only omega the pack had for quite a while being in heat would definitely cause chaos if it wasn't delivered in a careful way.

With the new wolves gone, they only had to figure out how they were going to deal with the other two upstairs. It was going to be a long day.
