About halfway through the movie, Yoongi huffed loudly and stood up, grabbing the few things he'd brought."What are you doing?" Hoseok asked, sitting up straight.
"What does it look like? I'm leaving." Yoongi stopped his movements and looked at the three boys. "This is supposed to be a comedy. It's actually pretty damn hilarious, but nobody is laughing. I'm sick and tired of this goddamn stressful atmosphere. I'm going home and you three need to settle your shit." He picked up his phone and sauntered off to the door, slipping on his shoes and leaving. Hoseok would've protested, but he knew Yoongi was speaking the truth.
"Well....He's not wrong." Taehyung set down his soda can and turned his seating position so he could see both of the others at the same time. "We're all a bit upset."
"Clearly..." Jimin scoffed.
"Stop acting like that Jimin. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to bring Yoongi. You didn't say anything about it being just us three."
"Maybe I didn't, but I didn't say anything about Yoongi either. That isn't even the biggest issue right now. Why did you have to bring your relationship issues into a movie night?" Jimin shot back, looking up at Hoseok with a death glare.
"I didn't bring anything into this. You were the one who brought the issues."
"I was just pointing out how you were treating him like shit! You were yelling at him for being considerate of other people!"
"No, I raised my voice a little because he was challenging my decision. Besides, that wasn't the real reason he kept offering to go home. He just wanted to leave and go do his own thing," Hoseok defended, holding eye contact with Jimin as they argued.
"So what? It's not a crime to want some fucking time to yourself Hoseok. He probably never even wanted to come in the first place! Did you even ask? You always do that. You just expect everyone else to do what you say because you're a goddamn Moon Alpha! That's fucked up and rude."
"Guys...I don't think this is helping-" Taehyung flinched as he was cut off, being completely ignored.
"I do not expect everyone to do as I ask. I did ask him if he wanted to come and he agreed. I'm not some self-centered prick. You're just finding excuses to dislike me."
"And why the hell would I need to do that, huh!? You're already such a shitty person! Why would I need to find extra things to hold against you!?" Jimin challenged the alpha, not backing down.
"Because you're jealous! You want to be in Yoongi's place, but you can't. You want to hate him, but you can't because that's just who you are, so you're trying to hate me instead!" Hoseok's chest heaved a bit, his breathing a bit labored after yelling.
Jimin's jaw dropped before it closed tightly. His eyes watered and he stood up, turning and running up the stairs and into his room after muttering a quick, "Asshole".
Taehyung stared at Hoseok with wide eyes. "You-" He groaned, face palming. "You're so stupid..."
"What? I was telling the truth. That's exactly what he's doing and you know it."
"I know I know...You could've been nicer about it though. He's already having a tough time just being around you. Don't prove his asshole statement to be correct." Taehyung stood, patting his friend's shoulder. "Go talk to him. And I mean talk not yell. Try to understand him. He really thought you guys would be mates before you met Yoongi." He walked out of the living room, shuffling his feet on the floor as he made his way towards the bathroom.
Hoseok sighed heavily and stood, slowly making his way up to the second floor and standing in front of Jimin's room. He slowly pushed the door open and stepped inside, instantly feeling bad when he saw the beta curled up in a ball under the blankets on his bed. The lights were switched off, but he could still see the subtle shake in the lump. "Jimin...."
