Part 19: Outer Space road trip with a stop in Paris

As you exit the other side of the portal, James immediately grabs your hand a slaps a wristband on it. You attempt to take it off but he sneers "You're not going to be able to take that off." You then try to use your magic but it doesn't work "How did you get a hold of Asgardian technology?"

He looks around to see where you had taken you both "I stole it from the Avengers. It was in the lab last time I was there. I think for a safety protocol against you." You huff as he asks "Where did you take us?" You shrug "I do not know. I just opened a portal." He opens a door to outside and sees the Eiffel Tower "Paris." You look around "Where is that exactly?" He rolls his eyes "It's on the other side of the world where we just were. How were you able to even teleport us that far?"

You shrug "I do not know, but if you take this off I could probably find out." He walks off "Yeah right. I'm not that dumb."

You mutter under your breathe "Debatable. Very debatable."

He goes back and grabs your hand. You punch him in the side. As he leans over you hit him in the head and runoff. You run past people and through busy streets. You run until a cop starts tailing you with their lights on. You stop and run to the cop. He jumps out the car.

You immediately try to talk to him "I am being chased by a crazy guy!" He shakes his head. He doesn't understand and you only know the Midgardian English. You try signaling but initially give up and decide to instead use your device that was given to you by Ed and make a call.

It rings for a minute before the other person picks up "Hey this device does not include any of the Avengers. Can you fly to my location? I'm in a place called Paris?" She squeals "Outer space road trip! I'll get my parents' Milano!"

You hang up and hear a gunshot. You see are very angry James holding up the gun in the air. People start running everywhere. You see the cop go for his gun. James turns the gun towards the cop.

You jump between the two and yell at James who draws closer "No!" He comes closer, close enough to feel his breath on your skin "What makes you think I won't shoot you both?" You press your head against the barrel "Because I know that you will not hurt me and you do not want to hurt anyone unless they hurt you."

You bring down the gun and out of his hand "You should just stick to hand to hand combat. Guns do not look good with you." He closes the gap between the two of you. You kiss him gently back until you recognize a familiar jet sound. You kick him away and use what you've learned from gym by flipping out of the way as the Milano opens fire on him.

He dodges out of the way as the Milano stops near you. You jump on the landing bay door before they take off. You sigh happily when you hear the excited squeals from Audra "You survived!" She helps you to your feet before leading you to the cockpit. She announced to her parents "Dad! (Y/n) made it out!" You roll your eyes "Of course I did! I am an Asgardian after all."

Starlord turns around "Mr.Quill, thank you for getting me out of there." Audra wines "I helped too! After all I could just let your call go." You roll your eyes "Of course you helped. You all helped." Gamora nods once "Your father sent us a distress signal to us after James took you." You nod as Audra smirks "I saw you making out with him. Spill!" You laugh lightly "Not here." She looks to her parents "We'll be downstairs."

They nod as she takes your hand and brings you downstairs before sitting you on a box "Spill! We're alone!" You huff "It did not mean anything. It was a distraction. You know I do not do relationships." She frowns "Here I thought you got all interesting!" You roll your eyes before changing it to to her "How are you and Vanessa doing?" She frowns as she fidgets "She broke up with me." You hug her "I'm so sorry!"

She hugs you back until you hear a cough "What am I? Chop liver?" You look behind you to see Leos "What are you doing here Leos?" Audra smiles "He's my boyfriend." You jaw drops "Oh! Does Scarlet Witch or Vision know?" He shrugs "I could care less what my parents think. They have their newborn twins to worry about."

You nod as Audra goes up to him and plays with his dyed gray hair "Did you hear (y/n) kissed James?" He looks to you "Spill!" You yell out "For the last time! It. Ment. Nothing. Ok?!" He looks to Audra "I sense they're lying." Audra nods "Obviously. No one kisses someone for nothing." He pecks her on the lips "Like that?" She giggles "No something more like this."

She kisses him passionately. You stand up and speak loudly as you do "I'm going to go and throw up now." You look over your shoulder to see Audra giving you the middle finger as she kisses Leos.
