As you wake up, you feel the restraints that are around your legs and arms. You look around and immediately recognize the place. It's the med bay of the Avengers Headquarters. You look to your left to see James and Ed looking over you with concern. You remember everything from the fight. Your first question is "How many did I kill?"
James looks to Ed who shakes his head slightly. They don't say anything. You start crying, remembering the faces of the people in the stands. Your voice shakes as you repeat yourself "How many? Tell me!" James speaks quietly "83. There are 27 in critical condition at hospitals." You look away and start crying more. Ed starts to undo the restrains on you. James follows suit.
As they finish, you lay there unchanged when Ed takes your hand and looks you in the eyes "It wasn't you. You didn't do this." You shake your head "I did! It was my powers that killed all those people!" James sits next to you and takes your other hand "You can't beat yourself up about this. It wasn't you, it was our enemies." A moment of realization hits you "Red Skull and them are going to attack New York, we have to stop them!"
Your father comes into the room at that moment. He must have been watching you guys as he knows what is going on "Jame, Ed, go to your parents and join the team. They will start forming teams to take on this problem." He looks to you as you get up "You are going to be contained in this room until we get back." He starts to leave but you seal the door with magic "I can make up for this."
He turns back to you. He looks down on you, he's figuring out what to do "You have nothing to make up for. It wasn't you who killed all those people. I know it's not really possible to think that now for you but trust me, it wasn't your fault." Your magic starts to show your anger and frustration. It comes out of you at deathly speeds. Your father places a barrier around himself before you realize how scared he seems to be.
You bring it back into you as you clear your mind as best as possible "I'm going." "Not after that you are not. You are unstable right now. You would do more harm than good." Your father points out. You yell out angrily "I'm the strongest person here! When they had me let go, I almost took out the entire team. Not just my friends but the Avengers! The team needs me and I plan on finishing this war. Let's be honest, this war, there might not be a tomorrow for New York or hell Midgard if I don't help."
His frustration at you somewhat calms down "After this fight, you're going back for Asgard for some time away from this Academy. That's the deal." You roll your eyes at this deal "You want me to be here and now you're dragging me back to Asgard. But what say do I have if we are being honest. I agree. Now let's go to war."
