You wake up, gasping in for air to fill your lungs. As soon as you catch your breath, you notice you're not with James or Ed anymore, but somewhere dark and eerie. "I was wondering when I might meet you. Though I thought it would be another thousand years before I would. What a surprise!" Getting to your feet, you look around to meet the evergreen eyes that seem familiar "Aunt Hela? Wait that must mean I'm..." "Dead? Very! Though from one powerful Asgardian to another, you really need to learn how to take a sword better."

She finishes your sentence. You feel yourself grow weak. You're dead. Never to see Ed again. Never to see James. Never to see your friends. Never to see your father ever again. You crumble to the ground as Hela grumbles "Oh stop it! You only just died! Stop being so dramatic!" Glaring at her now, you release all your anger on her "I'm dead! How do you expect me to react?! I had a family! I had friends!" She gets in your face quickly "Oh boo who. Everyone does. Well except me. I killed or tried to kill them all."

Now on your feet, you start drilling her with every insult you could think of "You never had a real family! You tried to kill them all! Such a powerful Asgardian who couldn't even finish the one job you were so hell-bent on doing! Who's the weak one now?!" A smirk forms on her face as she nods proudly "If you're not like your father when he was your age, you're definitely me. Selfish, backstabbing, and vengeful. You're always looking for a fight." You spit back at her quickly "How would you know about my father?! You spent most of your life locked here before dying shortly after getting out."

A maniacal laugh leaves her as she throws her head back "Oh finally someone who isn't scared! I like you. Some much that I will cut you a deal." This can't be good. She's the literal Goddess of Death. But you are already dead so how worse could it get? "What kind of deal?" Her whole pale face lights up, de-aging her by at least 10 years "One that would allow you to return back to Life, but at a price of course." Suspicious what she might have in mind, you nod a little before she continues on "Bring me back the empty Infinity Gauntlet."

What could she do with an empty trinket like that old rusty thing? It is almost as if she read your mind "I want it to add it to my collection. Now if you can't get it back, you will drop dead a year after now. Now, returning back from the dead will be no easy thing on your body. You might feel some...effects." You raise your eyebrow in suspicion "How do I know that you will not trick me? And what effects?" She grins mischievously "Oh not bad side effects but you might get a little bit of my powers." "You mean raising the dead?" Questioning with a hint of delight. She rolls her eyes "What else?Alright! Do we have a deal? The infinity gauntlet for your life?"
