I was in bed when i got a phone call from clares baby momma i guess he didnt talk to her.
"Meet me at my house it's important."
"Why would i go over there."
"Because you need to know what kind of man you with."

"If You would come over i can tell you."

I didnt know what this was, but i was curious and i also had a reason to stomp that bitch. She so disrespectful.
I got dress and got in the car. I drove to her house and two cars was in the drive way. I knocked on the door and a girl opened the door. I walked in and i covered my mouth. A girl and his baby momma looked beat the hell up. It was actually kind of sad.
"Look i know im not the person you want to speak to right now, but Clarence is not a good guy he did this to me yesterday and he did this to this girl years ago and her bruises wont go away. Im telling you. Dont be with him." She said.
I didnt want to believe her, but if she was telling the truth i damn sure didn't want to be apart of this club. The girl face was rearranged. She had bruises up and down her arms and legs and her eye would twitch ever so often. His baby momma had a fresh black eye and was purple and blue on her neck. I started to cry and my eyes flashed back to when he kept punching keri.
"I gotta go." I ran out the house and into my car. Was i truly with a monster. I drove home and got in the bed. I just laid there. He's so sweet and caring how could he do that mainly when his dad did it to his mom. I guess the Apple dont fall far from the tree.
I called him and told him to come over. If he admits to it im gonna be broken. Hurt and stupid.
I waited an hour before he came. He tried to kiss me and i backed away.
"Can i ask you something."

"Have you ever abused anybody." I broke down soon as i said that. He pulled me into his arms and i cried on his chest
"That's my past i promise i." I pushed him.
" do you know what you did to that girl. She cant even blink and you talking about past. I knew you were to good to be true." I was taking out all of his things.
"Please. I had to much to drink that night. We were arguing and i just did. I never would hurt you."
"I wanna believe that i really do, I love you and i havent felt happy in a relationship in a long time, but what if we start arguing what if i say something you dont like. How do i know you wont hit me. Im sorry, but i cant take that chance." I handed him his ring and his clothes.
"Baby please i love you i would never hurt you."

All of my sisters were holding me as we ate ice cream.
"Toni its okay your Romeo is somewhere." Trina says
"But Romeo dies." I started crying again
"Man stop that. Stop crying before i call mommy." I cut eyes at traci.
"Thank you guys for coming. I just needed some company. "
"That's what sisters for." Wanda says making me smile.
I called them and they said they would stay the night with me. 2 hours later they were sleep, but i couldn't. The door bell ringed and i got up. It was kenny.
"Tamar told me what happened." I let him in and we went upstairs.
"I feel so stupid ken. I loved him." He wrapped his arms around me.
"I know you did. Life just dont always go how we want it. Im sorry im no better than he is if i grab you the way i do. Your a beautiful human being dont cry over a man."
"I just feel empty. I have nothing eles to give. I feel like everythings going right and turns out it was not. While he was fucking me shes was hurting. I cant shake that."

He grabbed my chin making me look at him.
"Absolutely nothing. Your perfect dont ever feel like you not you hear me."
I nodded. Feeling better.
"Im gone head out i just wanted to see how you were doing." I shook my head grabbing his hand.

I got in the bed and he took of his shirt and pants and got in with me. I turned off the lights and laid down. He got behind me and wrapped his arms around me.
"I love you princess."
"I love you too ken."
