"How do you do it?" Charlie whispers while she hugs into Dan's body. Both of them are laying on her sofa in silence. It's the distraction-less kind, which means the tele is off and phones are muted. The lights set on low, to make the atmosphere more cozy. And, there's no adverts to ruin the mood, as well as no flashing game show lights to give headaches. Although, there is actually a empty bottle of rosé.

"Do what?" Dan whispers while Charlie shrugs. She's a little weirded out that she is constantly thinking about Dan, but she wants to know everything...

   It's sweet.

"How can you be so talented at everything? It's not possible...but you make it possible." Charlie isn't jealous. In fact she envy's every other person in the world apart from herself. It's sad but she barely feels like a 'good' actress on most days, it isn't until working with Dan that she is starting to get compliments on her skills.

"I'm not talented at everything." Dan takes a puff of the joint that they've been sharing since they fucked.

"Bull-fucking-shit." Charlie laughs while she rolls on top of Dan.

"How is it bullshit when it's completely true?"

"Um...I don't know...maybe it's because you can sing, act, pretty good at composing fucking music, song writing...and even your doodles aren't that bad."

Dan then giggles like a teenage girl, "what?" Charlie then snaps while taking the joint off of Dan.

"You like my doodles?" He mumbles in a light embarrassed voice which makes it ten times funnier.

"Fuck sakes Dan..." Charlie helplessly smiles while looking at Dan who is awaiting her answer, even though she already admitted that she does.

"Yes. I like your fucking doodles."

"Aw, darling..." Dan's voice trails off as he kisses Charlie on her lips. Humored by her boyfriend, she then stands up. She's not naked anymore considering they both got up to get the weed.

"Come on. You owe me for this earlier, first time I've ever randomly tried to impress a girl...by singing." Charlie sternly shakes her head, but Dan is intrigued.

"You might not have your dead dog to support you...but you have me, weed, a empty bottle of wine, and that guitar over there." Dan then. points to the guitar in the corner of her living room, it's a wooden traditional guitar. It's nothing special and the prices was quite cheap.

"Well aren't I a lucky girl?" Charlie sarcastically smiles while she then dances towards her record player, but no music plays.

"You shouldn't smoke anymore..." Dan nervously laughs as he then rubs his head.

"Hypocrite." Charlie almost snorts with laughter.

"How am I a hypocrite?" Dan asks while she continues to twirl and laugh at her clumsy footwork. She can't remember the ballerina lessons that attended when she was little.

"Because you're the one who is finishing the joint..." — Charlie's voice then trails off while she reaches her hands in the air — "anyway, I'm dancing to my favorite song." She's stoned...and Dan knows that, so he watches her dance for a few more seconds before she slows down.

"What song are you dancing to?" Dan laughs while he takes another puff.

While Dan isn't exactly immune to weed, he find's it takes him longer to get stoned. Right now it's like a normal cigarette for him...but more wretched smelling.

"Oblivion."

Dan says nothing else. It makes him feel better that Charlie is a fan of Bastille, considering his other love wasn't. Holly hated Bastille. Whenever someone complimented Dan's singing in front of her, she'd roll her eyes back and tell them that The 1975 are better. Dan became immune to her snide comments...because he loved her.

"Sing it..." Dan might be taking advantage of Charlie in the easiest way possible.

"I can't just sing it, silly." Charlie helplessly smiles while she sways her body from left to right. She resembles a small child who has gotten up to mischief, although really she's just a stoned woman in her late twenties.

"You can have this if you sing Oblivion." Dan gets another joint from out of his pocket, Charlie's eyes widen as she feels like pushing Dan backwards and taking it without doing what he wants.

"Does it have to be Oblivion?" Charlie crosses her arms before nervously laughing. It's not something she can stop. Weed generally makes her feel better, although this is her first actual time of trying it under someone's guidance.

The other time was when a guy in a club gave her one for free, he saw that she was sad and thought she could use a 'pick me up'. Charlie went home with the joint and smoked it after nearly setting her whole caravan alight. She was up for majority of the night binge eating because of the munchies. The morning after she had to do a cameo for a Marvel film...so it wasn't the best day Charlie has ever had at work.

But this time she feels much better.

Dan shakes his head. "Whatever song you would like to sing...it's what I did this earlier." Dan was nervous when he sung, but for the first time ever it actually felt amazing to sing. He wasn't embarrassed like he thought he would've been...Charlie's his new anchor.

"Alright...yeah...sure...I'll sing..." Charlie anxiously stretches her arms above her head before thinking of the perfect song.

Gotta get up, gotta get out, gotta get home before the morning comes
What if I'm late, gotta big date, gotta get home before the sun comes up
Up and away, got a big day, sorry can't stay, I gotta run, run, yeah
Gotta get home, pick up the phone, I gotta let the people know I'm gonna be late

The second she stops singing Dan knows that she needs to get in the recording booth, but he'll tell her that when she's sobered up in the morning...
