Prime strolled around the house as she still felt dreadful, in both her conversation with Ben advising her to move on and her siblings not permitting her to be a part of their own mother's fate.
But Prime, also couldn't deny that she had any right to say anything. She knew what actually happened that night, but she couldn't reveal the plans—the others would be pissed at the old man about the truth about his death. Still, she couldn't even if she wanted to.
Prine walked down the steps to the floor where most of their bedrooms were, and she stopped in front of Ben's room.
FLASHBACK
"Hey Benny, are you okay?" A 13-year-old Prime asked peeking into Ben's room. She saw him lying on his bed with his back facing the door.
"Go away Prime, and I told you to stop calling me Benny"
Prime frowned and walked over to him sitting on his bed," I don't deserve that attitude, Benny"
"Leave please" He begged still not facing her
"Benny, it's not your fault we failed the mission, all of us didn't see the guy under the counter," She said as she patted his back
"Everyone else thinks otherwise Prime," He said quietly
"Just ignore them"
Ben got up and turned around glaring at Prime," I can't be an optimist like you Prime! Stop trying to make me be one!"
"I'm just trying to comfort you, Benny" She argued as he shoved her off his bed
"Stop it! It's annoying!" She looked at him frowning as he gasped seeing what he had done, "Prime I—
"Goodness Benny, did you eat something bad making you in a bad mood?" She said getting off the floor and he looked at her
She chuckled," See, I knew I could get you to stop moping"
Ben looked at her and then laughed," I hate you sometimes" He said

FLASHBACK OVER
Prime didn't enter the room. Her hands just touched the door as she looked down remembering the words Klaus relayed to her.
Ben wanted her to move on, but how could she when he was almost everything to her? They had been together side by side, as best friends, to lovers and imagining a future without him was not want she wanted. Prime did not want to fall in love again, she only wanted to love Ben—and always him.
