HAPPY APRIL!!!
This poem I wrote for the open mic I spoke at today and I hope you are ready to bring in the spring cheer. Once again, I just want to shout out this club because ever since I joined it has been a match made it heaven. I am so grateful especially on days like today!!
The cold, dreary weather
some of you despise and fear,
has finally left,
at least for this school year.
Spring, your majesty is finally here; inviting you
with a new heart and refreshed mind
to watch how the seeds
you have seamlessly planted
all through the school year
will blossom and bloom
and fill you with cheer.
As the days get longer, filled with sunlight
so may your motivation
find you again and propel your flight
to see the happy ending of another successful school year.
