This was written in October based on the prompt "Write a conversation using only dialogue." I didn't necessarily follow that rule to the T but I'm proud of what I wrote considering this was before I decided it was time to start writing again. Enjoy...
"You've hurt me"
I exclaim
to the extent that my
foundation crumbles
to the point where I am
breathless
gasping for air
Stepped on and discarded
humbly looked upon as beautiful.
"But you have given me life
the ability to breath again, life
a new"
"And as I crumble you will rise
Conscious of my demise
Will you gather the crumbs of
my dignity or leave me lifeless
breathless, trembling with desire
And burning with need?"
I smile, knowing
The fall is dark
Dangerous and deadly
My life in your hands
You think over your choice

~ Have you ever made a reckless decision??
I don't know that I have but I see myself making one sometime in the near future.
